Hola hivers, disfrutar de una buena selfie antes de una jornada larga de trabajo sin duda me alegra el día. Hoy será un día largo pero provechoso para mí en nombre de Dios en el hospital Israel Ranuarez Balza en el servicio de Cirugía menor.

Hi hivers, enjoying a good selfie before a long day at work certainly makes my day. Today will be a long but profitable day for me in the name of God at the Israel Ranuarez Balza Hospital in the Minor Surgery service.

También estaré compartiendo mi día con ustedes en la guardia médica en un próximo post. El secreto para rendir y estar al 100% en ésta jornada se basa en un buen sueño, una buena cena y su respectivo desayuno lleno de nutrientes necesarios para soportar parte del día. La hidratación también es importante y el ánimo también es el protagonista de ésta historia. Recuerden que día a día escribimos nuestra historia y nuestros futuros dependen de ellos.

I will also be sharing my day with you on the medical guard in a future post. The secret to perform and be 100% on this day is based on a good sleep, a good dinner and their respective breakfast full of nutrients necessary to support part of the day. Hydration is also important and the spirit is also the protagonist of this story. Remember that every day we write our history and our futures depend on them.
