Kachay Qeema k Kabab: Recipee By @FABIHA

Beef qeema 1/2 kg (I used chicken mince as I'm not a fan of red meat)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
Hari Mirch (Green chilies) chopped 4 to 6
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbsp
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbsp
Zeera powder (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Lal Mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tbsp
Atta (wheat flour) slightly roasted 2 tbsp
Lal Mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp
Oil for frying

Directions:

In a bowl, add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, egg, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, salt, coriander seeds, cumin powder,garam masala powder, red chili crushed, wheat flour, red chili powder, and mix well.

Grease hands with oil, take a mixture, and make kababs of equal sizes.

In frying pan heat oil and fry kababs on low flame for approx 4 minutes on each side. Serve hot with salad and Enjoy :-)
