Juhuuuuu ! Wir konnten endlich die Riftwatcher Packs öffnen. Deshalb habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, meine ersten 10 Packs, die ich geöffnet mit dir zu teilen. Bevor wir uns aber in das fröhliche Boosterpackaufreissen stüzen, jaja ich werde gerade etwas nostalgisch, will ich für die neuen Spieler noch eben 2 ode 3 Sätze über Riftwatchers verlieren. Riftwatchers ist eine sogenannte Mini Edition. Mini Edition deshalb, weil die Stückzahl an Packs mit 3 Millionen deutlich geringer ist als die aktuelle Hauptedition, Chaos Legion. Um die Packs kaufen zu können brauchst du SPS, im Wert von 5 Dollar, und einen Voucher. Mein Tip, schau auf dem Zweitmarkt nach, dort erhältst du die Packs auch. Vielleicht sogar etwas günstiger. Nur wie lange noch. Aber Achtung: Packs vom Zweitmarkt gelten nicht für die kommenden Airdrops. Da musst du schauen was für dich wichtig ist. Interessant bleibt noch zu sagen, dass die Packs vor allem deshalb interessant sind, weil die Karten weniger oft gedruckt werden als andere Editionen und deshalb wertvoller sind. Falls du noch keine Packs gekauft hast und vielleicht noch unentschlossen bist, dann hoffe ich dir heute einen kleinen Einblick in die Karten gegeben haben zu können. So, das sind die groben Linien zu Riftwatchers. Wenn du nach weitere Fragen hast, dann zögere nicht sie in die Kommentare unten zu schreiben und ich beantworte sie dir gerne. Jetzt spanne ich dich jedoch nicht langer auf die Folter und öffne die Packs.

Yay ! We could finally open the Riftwatcher packs. So I decided to share with you my first 10 packs that I opened. But before we get into the happy booster pack ripping, yes yes I'm getting a little nostalgic right now, I just want to lose 2 or 3 sentences about Riftwatchers for the new players. Riftwatchers is a so called Mini Edition. Mini Edition because the number of packs is 3 million, which is much less than the current main edition, Chaos Legion. To buy the packs you need SPS, worth 5 dollars, and a voucher. My tip, check out the secondary market, you can get the packs there too. Maybe even a little cheaper. Only for how much longer. But beware: Packs from the secondary market do not count for the upcoming airdrops. You have to check what is more important for you. Worth mentionning is that the packs are interesting because the cards are printed less often than other editions and are therefore more valuable. Starker Start mit gleich 2 Rares. Wobei ich den Suidae Shaman nicht mag. Die Ability finde ich nicht so prickelnd. Sonst eher ein Standard Pack, wobei mir hier schon auffällt, dass die Manakosten doch schon ziemlich hoch sind.	Strong start with 2 rares. Whereby I do not like the Suidae Shaman. The ability isn't usefull to my at all. Otherwise, rather a standard pack, although I notice right now that the mana costs are quite high.

Das zweite Pack bestätigt dann meine Vermutung aus dem ersten Pack. Sehr hohe Manakosten, wobei 5 Mana schon fast günstig scheint. Die anderen Karten sind mit 7 beziehungsweise 9 Mana recht teuer.	The second pack then confirms my assumption from the first pack. Very high mana costs, although 5 mana seems almost cheap. The other cards are quite expensive with 7 and 9 mana respectively.

Das dritte Pack hatte es dann in sich! Meine erste Legendary und gleich ein epischer Summoner dazu. Runemancer Atuat scheint mir aber eine eher durchschnittliche Karte zu sein. Die Fähigkeit ist denke ich sehr situativ, aber die tanky Stats sind ganz ok. Für Ilthain habe ich ebenfalls noch kein Gefühl und weiss nicht in welchen Settings er (oder sie 😵) abliefern wird. Das vierte Pack war sehr goldig. Gleich 2 GF's. Ansonsten Durschnitt. Der Cabalist mit Amplify... naja helft mir auf die Sprünge wenn ihr mögt... wo kann ich den nutzen?	The fourth pack was very golden. 2 GF's at the same time. Otherwise average. The Cabalist with Amplify... well help me out if you like to... where can I use it?

Halbzeit - reden wir nicht drüber. Die Moral war am sinken.	Half-time - let's not talk about it. Morale was at its lowest.

Pack 6 hat mir eine Sea Stalker beschert den ich sehr sehr interessant finde. Aber wieder nur in höheren Manasettings brauchbar wegen der Kosten. Time Meddler schätze ich als sehr starke Karte ein. Top Stats, vielleicht etwas langsam aber mit der Ausweichfähigkeit doch ganz gut.	Pack 6 gave me a Sea Stalker which I find very very interesting. But again only playable in higher mana settings because of the cost. I estimate Time Meddler as a very strong card. Top stats, maybe a bit slow but with the evasion ability quite good.

Im achten Pack sehen wir mit Rune Crafter das erste Mal die neue Fähigkeit Fury. Diese Karte richtet bei Kreaturen mit Taunt doppelten Schaden an. Bereits so schon ganz ok, kombiniert mit General Sloan oder gar Yodin denke ich ist diese Karte extrem stark, vor allem wenn ein Monster mit Taunt gegenüber steht. Tinderlock hat meine Aufmerksamkeit. Bin gespannt wie der performen wird.	In the eighth pack, we see the new Fury ability for the first time with Rune Crafter. This card does double damage to creatures with the Taunt ability. From sketch ok as it is, combined with General Sloan or even Yodin I think this card can be extremely strong, especially when facing a monster with Taunt. Tinderlock has my attention. Allgmein ist mein erster Eindruck, dass die Karten unterm Strich: auf den ersten Blick relativ stark ausschauen und gute Stats haben. Ich denke, dass man sie brauchen wird um mitspielen zu können. Doch, auf der anderen Seite sind die Manakosten sehr sehr hoch. Die Summoner sind mit 4 Mana genau so teuer wie die Chaos Legion Summoner, die Monster haben aber allgemein aber einen höheren Schnitt. Ich denke also, dass die Monster eher in Settings mit höheren Manakosten zum Einsatz kommen, sonst sind sie eher weniger spielbar scheint es mir.
