Intro
Eigentlich wollte ich ein kleines Video über den Archmage Bot aufnehmen und wieso er mich dazu bringt, meine Strategie zum Öffnen meiner verbliebenen 354 Chaos Legion Packs anzupassen. Leider gab es einen Fehler in der Aufnahme, so dass ich Euch nun nur eine Textversion liefern kann. Ich hoffe, ihr habt dennoch etwas davon.
Actually, I wanted to record a short video about the Archmage Bot and why it makes me adjust my strategy for opening my remaining 354 Chaos Legion Packs. Unfortunately, there was an error in the recording, so now I can only provide you with a text version. I hope you still get something out of it.
Meine bisherige Strategie / My strategy so far
Im Update vom 29.01.22 habe ich euch mitgeteilt, dass ich noch 355 ungeöffnete Packs habe und plane bei jedem der noch folgenden 7 Airdrops 15 Packs zu öffnen und die verbliebenen 250 zu behalten, bis alle PAcks verkauft sind, und ich meine Packs mit Gewinn verkaufen kann. Bis dahin generieren sie mir täglich SPS Airdrop Punkte.
In the 01/29/22 update, I told you that I have 355 unopened packs left and plan to open 15 packs at each of the 7 airdrops left and keep the remaining 250 until all packs are sold and I can sell my packs at a profit. Until then, they will generate SPS Airdrop points for me every day.
Was hat sich verändert? / What did change now?
Zwei Dinge haben mich bewogen meine Strategie zu ändern.
Es werden zu wenige Packs verkauft / To less packs are sold
Erstens sieht es derzeit so aus, dass maximal 1 Million Packs pro Monat verkauft werden. D.h. Ich werde fast das ganze Jahr benötigen um weitere 100 Packs zu öffnen. Damit ist ein Aufsteigen in Silber 1 ohne weitere Rentals in naher Zukunft unmöglich. Von Gold 3 ganz zu schweigen. Das halte ich für unsinnig, wenn ich noch Packs auf Lager liegen habe.
First, it currently looks like a maximum of 1 million packs will be sold per month. That means I will need almost the whole year to open another 100 packs. This makes it impossible to move up to Silver 1 without more rentals in the near future. Not to mention Gold 3. I don't think that makes sense if I still have packs in stock.
Archmage braucht mehr Power / Archmage needs more power
Zweiten werden meine Assets nun durch den Archmage Bot deutlich besser genutzt. Der Bot spielt meinen Hauptaccount 2 mal pro Stunde mit einer Gewinnrate zwischen 50 und 60 % in Silber 2. Mit mehr Power würde er aber auch in Gold spielen.
Second, my assets are now being used much better by the Archmage bot. The bot plays my main account 2 times per hour with a win rate between 50 and 60% in silver 2, but with more power it would also play in gold.
Mein zweiter Account, den ich für meine Videoserie Play2Earn mit Splinterlands für Neueinsteiger erstellt habe, ist voll automatisiert. Das einzige, was ich tun muss, ist Power zu leihen, da ich ihn nur mit ca. 1.500 Punkten aus meinem Hauptaccount ausstatten kann.
My second account that I created for my video series Play2Earn with Splinterlands for Newbies is fully automated. The only thing I have to do is borrow power, since I can only equip it with about 1,500 points from my main account.
Da regelmäßig die Rentals gekündigt werden, und ich nicht ständig schauen möchte wäre es besser, weitere Power aus meinem Hauptaccount zu delegieren. Außerdem könnte der Zweitaccount bereits Silber spielen.
Since Rentals are regularly cancelled, and I don't want to look all the time, it would be better to delegate further power from my main account. Besides, the secondary account could already play silver.
Was ändert sich? / What is going to change?
Ich werde weiterhin pro Airdrop 15 Packs öffnen. Meine noch nicht verplanten 250 Packs werde ich aber nun doch (zum Teil) nutzen.
I will continue to open 15 packs per airdrop. However, I will now (partially) use my 250 packs that have not yet been scheduled.
Um sofort die notwendige Power für meinen Zweitaccount zu haben und auch selbst wieder ein paar Karten verleihen zu können, habe ich heute 50 Packs geöffnet. Das Ergebnis zeige ich Euch weiter unten.
To immediately have the necessary power for my second account and also to be able to lend a few cards myself again, I opened 50 packs today. The result I show you below.
Des Weiteren beherzige ich den Ratschlag einer Hive Kollegin @muscara. "Freitag ist Freutag". Ich werde als jeden Freitag bis auf weiteres 5 Packs öffnen. Ein paar Potions habe ich noch noch. Ich hoffe, auf eure fleißigen Upvotes, damit ich mir auch noch ein paar weitere leisten kann :-)
Furthermore I heed the advice of a Hive colleague @muscara. "Friday is happy day". I will open 5 packs as every Friday until further notice. I still have a few potions left. I hope for your diligent upvotes, so that I can afford a few more :-)
Damit sollte ich zeitnah Silber 1 erreichen können und bis dahin meinen Zweitaccount auf Silber 3 bringen, was sich auch positiv auf mein Einkommen auswirken dürfte.
With that, I should be able to reach silver 1 in a timely manner and by then bring my second account up to silver 3, which should also have a positive effect on my income.
Die heutigen 50 Packs / Todays 50 packs
Ich konnte aufgrund des verkorksten Videos leider keine Screenshots machen, daher poste ich nur die Zusammenfassung und die Bilder der Karten, die mich wirklich weiterbringen dürften, bzw. einen hohen Wert haben.
I couldn't take any screenshots due to the messed up video, unfortunately, so I'm posting only the summary and the pictures of the maps, which should really help me along, or have a lot of value.
Zusammenfassung / Summary
Nachdem ich bei den letzten Packs kein Glück mit legendären Karten hatte, waren diesmal gleich 4 dabei. Auch mit insgesamt 15 Goldkarten (3 davon episch) kann ich mich nicht beschweren. 4% wären nur 10 Karten gewesen.
After I had no luck with legendary cards in the last packs, there were even 4 this time. Also with a total of 15 gold cards (3 of them epic) I can not complain. 4% would have been only 10 cards.
Besonders erfreulich sind die 3 goldenen Obsidian und die Thaddius Brood. Jetzt habe ich den Earth Splintern im Hauptaccount auf Level 3 und für meinen Zweitaccount alle Splinter mit Ausnahme von Life auf Bronze Level.
The 3 golden Obsidian and the Thaddius Brood are particularly pleasing. Now I have the Earth Splinter in the main account at level 3 and for my second account all Splinters except Life at Bronze level.
Der Gesamtwert der Karten beläuft sich derzeit auf 282,242 $. Die Packs inkl. Voucher haben 188,50 $ gekostet. Die 500 Potions lagen bei 20,45 $. Insgesamt Kosten von 208,95 $. Ein Gewinn von 73,29 $.
The total value of the cards is currently $282,242. The packs including vouchers cost $188.50. The 500 potions came in at $20.45. Total cost of $208.95. A profit of $73.29.
Die 250 Karten haben darüber hinaus einen CP Wert von 15.395 Punkten und damit mehr als die 15.000 Punkte der 50 Packs zuvor.
The 250 cards also have a CP value of 15,395 points, and thus more than the 15,000 points of the 50 Packs before.
Outro
Ich denke meine neue Strategie zum Umgang mit meinem Chaos Legion Packs wird meinem Depot kurzfristig zu mehr Rendite verhelfen, da ich damit zusätzliche Einnahmen erzeugen kann. Ich bin aber auch davon überzeugt, dass es sich mittel- und langfristig auszahlen wird, da ich so in höheren Ligen spielen und die damit erzielten Gewinne reinvestieren kann.
I think my new strategy for handling my Chaos Legion Packs will help my portfolio generate more returns in the short term, as it will allow me to generate additional income. However, I am also convinced that it will pay off in the medium and long term, as it will allow me to play in higher leagues and reinvest the profits generated.
Außerdem macht es einfach Spaß Packs zu öffnen. Das will ich nicht nur einmal im Monat machen. Ein Investor ist eben auch nur ein Mensch und frönt gerne seinen Gelüsten.
Plus, it's just fun to open packs. I don't want to do that just once a month. An investor is only human and likes to indulge his cravings.
Give Away
Fast hätte ich es vergessen. Im Video sollte es auch ein kleines Give Away geben. Nämlich die Karte die als letztes unter den ersten 25 Packs angezeigt wurde. Das können wir so leider nicht mehr spielen.
I almost forgot. In the video there should also be a small giveaway. Namely the card that was displayed last among the first 25 packs. Unfortunately we can't play that anymore.
Daher passen wir es ein wenig an. Bitte kommentiert unter diesen Post mit eurem Tipp, welche Karte es war. Es ist eine der Karten, die im Screenshot verewigt sind. Unter allen die richtig getippt haben, verlose ich die Karte.

Anhand der Auswahl seht ihr dass es sich lohnt. Es ist entweder eine goldene Karte oder zumindest eine epische. Also haltet Euch ran.
From the selection you can see that it is worth it. It's either a golden card or at least an epic one. So go for it.
