Except there is someone cock blocking them. XCEL energy has shut down the power claiming it was a fire hazard.. I'm sure it's much more complicated than that. Maybe it's a conspiracy to make all the poor and middle class people throw all thieir food out because it spoiled.. maybe the grocery store is giving them a kick back.. maybe they're just conditioning us to blackouts for when they start running things on social credits.. who knows.
