Decidí instalar una app productiva, que pudiera aprovechar en tiempos libres. Lo primero que se me vino a la mente fue Duolingo para aprender idiomas. Una vez instalado, me di cuenta que no sería muy emocionante escoger el inglés, ya que poseo cierto dominio del idioma. No quería practicar de cero un idioma que ya mas o menos conozco de toda la vida. Entre los demás idiomas disponibles, estaba el sueco y no dudé en escoger este idioma por diversas razones. > I decided to install a productive app, which I could use in my free time. Otra razón, es que los idiomas Sueco, Noruego y Danés son idiomas bastante parecidos y aprender uno de ellos te da la posibilidad de poder comunicarte con personas de una buena área geográfica de Europa (ver un mapa). > I have seen several Nordic television series and found them excellent. Te brinda ayuda mostrando una traducción de cada nueva palabra para que puedas familiarizarte con ellas. De esta manera vas aprendiendo intuitivamente como construir oraciones básicas. > Duolingo at the beginning places certain challenges where you must build the sentences yourself from words that you must choose. Los anuncios no son tan molestos como en otras aplicaciones, e incluso te brindan un incentivo al mirarlos ya que ganas gemas (puntuación) haciéndolo. A veces, el desafío consiste en escribir tu mismo la respuesta, y te la valida aún si cometes un pequeño error, lo cual te permite no perder vidas de manera decepcionante. En apps de idiomas que había probado anteriormente, tenías que escribir la respuesta perfecta y sin errores. > So far I have found it to be a useful app. The ads are not as annoying as in other apps, and even give you an incentive to watch them since you earn gems (score) by doing so.
