A neighbor passed by and saw him talking and narrating to himself by himself and the neighbor hastened her pace to avoid any trouble. He was red with embarrassment but his mind just kept talking.
"Okay! Okay! Fine! I'd do it. I hope it turns out the way you make it sound."

Jack walked to his laptop and paid for an ad. He advertised a journey.
"Come ride with me on Friday. It's going to be fun all the way. Come with whatever you can bring from fuel to food to snacks because it's going to be for the whole weekend. Change the way you spend your weekend. Time: 10am
Location: palm side bus stop.
And that was it.
First, Jack didn't have a bus but he could afford one big one. He immediately went and got one. Put fuel in it and started packing for his journey. He took food, got some groceries, beddings and all that. The bus he got was a house bus. He couldn't risk taking the journey alone and so he employed a driver, after all he wasn't an expert at driving buses.
Thursday went by so fast and Friday came. He drove to the designated location by 9am and waited. Nobody. 9:30am a pretty lady approached carrying a mini box and three grocery bags.
"Hello, is this the bus for the weekend journey? " She asked.
"Ye..ye ..yes it is" Jack stuttered. He was lost in her beauty.
"Okay, I'm Jane and I'd love to join you on your journey" she said while smiling.
"Why not? Please hop on" Jack said.
Jack and Jane got talking when they heard a knock in the door. Jack looked at his watch,9:45am. He opened the door and behold, about ten people were outside and more we're still approaching.
"Good morning everyone! Welcome to the bus. If you're for the journey please feel free to hop in. You're most welcome.
People started trooping in and they kept coming. 10:05am they were still coming and Jack was amazed.
"Okay let's do a head count" "one, two, three……..forty -nine"
" Woah! Forty-nine people. We could do with that."
He was about to close the door when another handsome looking guy walked in.
" Come in handsome," Jack said. "That would make us fifty, a perfect number".
The journey began. They didn't know where exactly they were riding to but they got out of town and kept driving.
As the driver was riding, there were a lot of things occuring. Parties, getting to know each other, games and all it was a fun weekend ride. At some intervals they stopped and alighted the bus. They went to many many tourist centers.
Sunday arrived and the journey came to an end. By that time, bonds had been made and they became like a family. Jack especially had made a bond with Jane and as the journey came to an end, he wouldn't be a loner anymore or so he thought.
The driver drove the bus back to the pickup station and all the passengers alighted. They all thanked Jack as the alighted. Most of them said "we should do it some other time" and Jack giggled. Everyone except Jane alighted the bus.
"So Mr. Where did you say your house was again? She asked
Jack laughed as he instructed the driver to take them home.
They arrived at his house, he settled the driver and dismissed him. He had a new companion and he was ready to take it to the very end. No more loneliness, no more talking to himself and no more being tagged a crazy person.
