Cada vez que derramo una lágrima esta brota de lo más profundo de mi corazón; y no me permite visualizar la luz radiante del majestuoso Sol, cada vez que lloro es porque ya mi ser no aguanta más tanto padecer. >>Every time I shed a tear it comes from the deepest part of my heart; and it does not allow me to visualize the radiant light of the majestic Sun, every time I cry it is because my being can no longer bear so much suffering. A veces este llanto se extiende hasta el amanecer, otras veces se ahoga en el silencio haciendo que se profundicen más y más mis heridas, muchas de las cuales me han acompañado desde hace mucho tiempo, algunas se han ido desvaneciendo con el tiempo pero otras duelen como si aún estuviera viviendo ese momento. >>Sometimes this crying extends until dawn, other times it drowns in silence making my wounds deepen more and more, many of which have accompanied me for a long time, some have faded with time but others hurt as if I were still living that moment. Cada vez que lloro siento un gran desahogo, siento como todo mi enteró ser se tranquiliza porque puedo expresar lo que mi corazón está sintiendo, porque esos sentimientos muchas veces nos queman por dentro nos ahogan y nos dejan sin aliento. >>Every time I cry I feel a great relief, I feel how my whole being calms down because I can express what my heart is feeling, because those feelings often burn us inside, drown us and leave us breathless. Ese momento fue terrible para mí y no pude evitar llorar y ponerme en su lugar porque a mí se me murió mi padre biológico, el que me crío y mi madre y es un dolor muy fuerte que no sabes cómo manejarlo. >>Although it is not easy for me in these difficult times we are living, on April 25 the mother of a very dear friend died in Bogota and I was with her in that process while I was taking care of her and at half past eleven at night she sends me a message by WhatsApp saying: my mommy just died. That moment was terrible for me and I could not help crying and put myself in her place because my biological father died, the one who raised me and my mother and it is a very strong pain that you do not know how to handle. Pero hay veces que aprovecho cualquier oportunidad para llorar pero de alegría, a mi amiga todos los días le canto una canción y ella me aplaude, me dice que soy su cantante favorita y que es mi fans número 1 y eso hace que mi corazón rebose de felicidad y sin querer se me saltan las lágrimas. >>But there are times when I take every opportunity to cry but with joy, every day I sing a song to my friend and she applauds me, she tells me that I am her favorite singer and that she is my number 1 fan and that makes my heart overflow with happiness and without wanting to tears come to my eyes. ![priscilla-du-preez-BjhUu6BpUZA-unsplash.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/anidenegil/23tRv532V451HRvME3kFJt4FpsYGw97RXadyKS1nKvgeHknNC9X6qtx95ExmsBJD4a5Ge.jpg) Fuente A pesar de mis circunstancias trato siempre de llamar a mis seres más allegados bien sea para darle una palabra de consuelo, para llorar con ellos o en su defecto reírnos hasta más no poder con sus locuras, aunadas a las mías y eso hace que mi cuerpo se equilibre en gran manera. >>In spite of my circumstances I always try to call my closest ones either to give them a word of comfort, to cry with them or to laugh with their crazy things, together with my own, and that makes my body balance in a great way. Para concluir este post las lágrimas sirven para expresar nuestros sentimientos, cómo nos sentimos, triste o alegres así que las lágrimas no es sinónimo de debilidad sino más bien diría yo de humildad. >>To conclude this post, tears serve to express our feelings, how we feel, sad or happy, so tears are not synonymous with weakness but rather I would say humility.
