In this small fraction of existence here on earth that I have lived, I had the opportunity to get involved in some good cultural projects. I can even be proud (always trying to consider healthy pride and not self-centeredness) to say that I was a propeller or co-supporter of most of them, among them I always think of an event that, together with some friends, we did without any municipal aid, which was the "Violão na Praça" (Guitar in the Square, strange translate, but ok), where the idea was to bring all kinds of art (especially music, obviously) to a city square, anyone who was passing by could put their art on display, whether it was photography, painting, literature, music, scenic art, and so on. Another very important project that we carried out almost independently from the world outside of us was the "Araucária Cineclube", a collective that showed movies (classic and alternative) for free to the population or charged a very low amount, remembering that my city has NO cinema or anything of the sort. , which I always, always think about retaking.
SourceThe fact is that this kind of cultural fomentation, this desire to bring spotlight to the arts has always caught my fancy and I feel a great need for it. I rarely expose my artistic content, and the idea is not even self-promotion, but cultural agitation in general. And ever since I was dealing with the Film Club I have had the idea of cultural projects in my head. Although we are finally coming out of a sick and convulsively ignorant right-wing government (which devastated the cultural investments in our country), I don't know how long it will take for the culture and education sector to gain space again, but I believe that part of the cultural projects and edicts will never cease. And this is where my search comes in, full of doubts and questions. It is known that it is possible to live from cultural projects and edicts, approvals, etc. But this is a path that I don't know how to follow. What I do know is that there are facilitating systems, or even companies that forward the project and help put it together to be analyzed. All this is a lot of information and requires extra energy to research. Not that I have all that free time to find an extra topic to cram in, but I wish I could at least say I tried.
The fact that I live in a city that is still in cultural germination, rooted in very conservative and limiting traditions, yet full of young people eager for culture and therefore a perfect stage for the artistic effervescence that has yet to happen, makes me believe that the chances of such a plan working out are great. This post is just a confession of desire, a brushstroke on the theme and its possibilities, I haven't even reached basic conclusions on how to look for the most efficient means of fundraising. But I hope to deepen and understand these systems enough to be able to get somewhere with these ideas. I could even do such projects without outside financial aid, but I consider it minimally fair to be paid for promoting possible disruptions of cultural cognition and growth of intellect to a mass of humans in need of a scene that my city has always been guilty of not possessing!

But finally I must still question. Would Hive be a good resource capture channel? I have seen countless posts (sincere and deserving, obviously) raising copious amounts of money for various purposes, from helping people struggling with their basic needs to projects to bring water to dry regions, the question then would be, are there good partners here who would support a cultural cause? And what would be the best way to talk to these "whales"? Discord perhaps? Do you think this would be a viable way forward, even if less clear-cut compared to documented, government stipulated projects? The idea is tempting enough for me, and I think it could very well happen, with an entire well-organized project being exposed and also properly accounted for to the funders. There's something that would be great, even to strengthen the examples of blockchain and open market liberation and autonomy without dependencies and ties to any government!

Nessa pequena fração de existência aqui na terra que eu já vivenciei, tive a oportunidade de me envolver em alguns bons projetos culturais. Inclusive posso me orgulhar (tentando sempre considerar o orgulho saudável e não o egocentrismo) de dizer que fui propulsor ou co-adjuvante de boa parte deles, dentre eles sempre volto a pensar num evento que, junto com alguns amigos fizemos sem qualquer auxílio municipal, que foi o Violão na Praça, onde a ideia era trazer todo tipo de arte (principalmente a música, obviamente) para uma praça da cidade, qualquer um que estivesse passando por ali poderia colocar sua arte exposta, seja fotografia, pintura, literatura, música, arte cênica e assim por diante. Outro projeto importantíssimo que realizamos quase que independentes do mundo alheio a nós, foi o Araucária Cineclube, que inclusive eu sempre, sempre penso em re-tomar.
SourceO fato é que esse tipo de fomentação cultural, esse desejo de trazer holofotes para as artes sempre me pegou de jeito e eu sinto uma necessidade muito grande disso. Raramente exponho meus conteúdos artísticos, e a ideia não é nem mesmo a auto-promoção, mas sim a agitação cultural de forma geral. E desde que eu estava lidando com o Cineclube eu fiquei com a ideia de projetos culturais na cabeça. Apesar de estarmos finalmente saindo de um governo de direita doente e convulsivamente ignorante (que devastou os investimentos culturais de nosso país), não sei quanto tempo vai levar para que o setor da cultura e educação ganhem espaço novamente, mas creio que parte dos projetos culturais e editais jamais cessem. E é aqui que entra minha busca, entupida de dúvidas e questionamentos. É sabido que é possível viver de projetos culturais e editais, aprovações, etc. Mas esse é um caminho que eu não sei trilhar. O que sei é que existem sistemas facilitadores, ou mesmo empresas que encaminham o projeto e ajudam a montá-lo para serem analisados. Tudo isso é muita informação e exige uma energia extra para pesquisar. Não que eu tenha todo esse tempo livre para arranjar um tema a mais para me enfiar, mas, ao menos queria poder dizer que tentei.
O fato de eu viver em uma cidade que está ainda em germinação cultural, arraigada a tradições muito conservadoras e limitantes, porém repleta de jovens ansiosos por cultura e por isso, um palco perfeito para a efervescência artística que ainda não aconteceu, me faz crer que as chances de um plano desses dar certo é grande. Esse post é apenas uma confissão de desejo, uma pincelada sobre o tema e suas possibilidades, nem mesmo cheguei a conclusões básicas sobre como procurar os meios mais eficientes dessa captação de recursos. Mas espero me aprofundar e compreender esses sistemas o suficiente para poder chegar em algum lugar com essas ideias. Eu até poderia fazer tais projetos sem ajudas financeiras externas, mas considero minimamente justo receber por estar promovendo possíveis rupturas de cognição cultural e crescimento do intelecto à uma massa de humanos carentes por uma cena da qual minha cidade sempre foi culpada de não possuir!

Mas por fim devo ainda questionar. Seria o Hive um bom canal de captura de recursos? Já vi inúmeros posts (sinceros e merecedores, óbviamente) arrecadarem abundantes quantias para fins variados, desde ajudar pessoas com dificuldades em suas necessidades básicas até a projetos de levar água para regiões secas, a pergunta então seria, existem bons parceiros aqui que apoiariam uma causa cultural? E qual seria o melhor jeito de falar com essas "baleias"? Discord talvez? Acham que seria um caminho viável, ainda que menos nítido em comparação a projetos documentados e estipulados pelo governo? A ideia é tentadora o suficiente para mim, e penso que poderia muito bem acontecer, com todo um projeto bem organizado sendo exposto e também com sua devida prestação de contas aos financiadores. Aí está algo que seria ótimo, inclusive para fortalecer os exemplos de libertação e autonomia da blockchain e do mercado aberto sem dependências e vínculos com governo algum!
