Buddha's brain "

If you change your mind you can transform your life, just have self-control, because it is possible to transform your life only with the power of our thoughts. It is possible to keep a happier and more content-filled mind, that is the great teaching of being in the present and being connected to the now.

If you know how to condition the brain, you can better face situations that will be similar in the future.

Buddha said: Pain is inevitable, suffering optional, "we have the ability to better dominate the mind if we want to survive in this increasingly chaotic world. If you want to activate the uncomplicated state of mind of things you can, mainly to have a transformed life.

Ignore the disorder, otherwise the arrows will all be thrown at you.

Resilience works magic...

When everything seems to go right, it's because you've managed to synchronize everything around you to the right point... that's why it's important to keep everything organized inside the brain... feed the right thought, this proactive balance is what brings fulfillment.

Meditation is something necessary for the human brain to be able to perceive reality better. Learn to do things more calmly, and if possible speak less, but never forget to focus on your breathing as you do each activity.

Live your present moment so that you will have more clarity about everything, take a moment to reflect on that moment without dwelling on the past and without creating so many expectations for the future.
