Hace apenas unas cuantas horas que conocí este fruto, se trata del rambután, cuando le pregunté al vendedor que sabor tenía me comentó que era muy parecido al de la uva, lo primero que vino a mi mente fue relacionar el precio de la uva con el de este fruto y para el caso mejor sería comprar uvas, pero al probarlo me di cuenta de que su sabor, a mi parecer muy particular, dista mucho pues me trajo recuerdos del maracuyá, la uva y el mango.
Ya llegando a casa se me ocurrió que sería bueno experimentarlo como bebida mezclándolo con hielo, ralladura de cáscara de lima y tequila, pero desafortunadamente el tequila ya se acabó y un rato mas tarde los rambutanes también. Así es que ese experimento tendrá que esperar.
De cualquier forma ya tenía pensado hacer una bebida con guanábana, lima y tequila. El fin de semana próximo estaré preparando alguna de estas tres opciones ya depende de que ingredientes encuentro primero, luego les cuento.

When I got home it occurred to me that it would be good to experience it as a drink by mixing it with ice, lime zest and tequila, but unfortunately the is not a drop of tequila left a while later the rambutans neither. So that experiment will have to wait.
Anyway, I had already planned to make a drink with soursop, lime and tequila. Next weekend I will be preparing one of these three options, it depends on which ingredients I find first, then I will tell you.

Cual fue mi sorpresa enterarme mas tarde de que la semilla del rambután es venenosa cuando le mostre las fotografías a una de mis amistades, afortunadamente no se me ocurrio comerlas.
