Why listen to our hearts?
When we are centered in the heart, when we listen to our heart, we begin to use its intelligence, which is the deepest and most powerful level of intelligence of all that we have been endowed with. The intelligence of the heart surpasses emotional and intellectual intelligence.
The intelligence of the heart helps us to make the wisest choices and to fulfill the deepest goals of our being, to learn extremely important lessons for our evolution.
When the heart "speaks," the mind has no power over you. Fear disappears. The peace of mind appears and you get a lot of clarity on all life situations. While the mind oscillates between beliefs, mostly limited and driven by fear, the heart looks at all choices through the lens of love.
It always leads us to new openings, revelations, possibilities, and attitudes, with the help of which we will always be able to manage at the highest level of our potential any situation and challenge that appears in our life.
While the head/brain/mind only reacts to situations that arise, the heart responds to them in a way that allows obstacles and challenges to be turned into opportunities for release, cleansing, learning, enlightenment.
However, listening to our hearts does not mean stopping using our brains. On the contrary, we still need the brain to function in this world. Only he will be under the guidance and guidance of the heart, and not the other way around.
Usually, the brain is in control and works according to the principle of "stimulus and reaction".
👉✴️ A life lived this way is much more superficial. It's like we're all programmed on autopilot. When the brain is dominant, we tend to judge people, to divide them into categories like "I like" / "I don't like", "it's good" / "it's not good enough", "I approve" / " disapproval ”,“ worth ”/“ not worth ”and other such dual concepts.
By working in this way, we block the substance, authenticity, and quality of our relationships. Everything becomes superficial, everything is about defending the false self, the Ego, everything comes from the head and not from the heart.
When our heart is open, we are no longer concerned and we no longer see differences between people. Relationships bring us joy, we accept others more easily, we forgive more easily, we share love, we show gratitude and greatness within us.
And the more we open our hearts, the more we become able to experience peace, love, joy, and connection with the Divine Source.

Why haven't we opened our hearts so far?
👓 Because we weren't so educated.
We have been educated to use our minds, to make decisions, to compare, to analyze, to think, to strive, to understand, to judge, to repress, to be in competition, to walk with caution and fear in life.
While the mind is only interested in personal interests, seeking to defend its identity and always looking for something to strengthen the Ego, so it is about obtaining, preserving, and accumulating, the heart is about sharing.
The mind does not conceive of action unless it has something to gain for it. The motto becomes "what do I gain here?"
👀 We were distracted by the impulse of the mind and the illusions it created.
The mind creates desires. But when you are centered and experience your true nature, you no longer need desires, it is enough to have strong intentions, coming from the heart.
Desires are the illusions created by the mind, the bait with which it distracts us from our true nature. The illusion created is that when those desires are fulfilled, we will fill our void and be happy.
The truth is that desires are created by the mind. AND that we don't need them. When we are lured with desires, it is as if we were running after something, we would try to catch something of the latter, we would wait for the happiness that is promised to us by the mind once that wish is fulfilled.
And no matter how much we run, we still won't get too far, we will even always get to the same point where we started, that is, to invent a new desire. And we certainly can't catch the last happiness, because it's not there, in our desires. And even if it is, it takes the form of an illusion and therefore does not last.
By contrast, when you follow your heart, you really get somewhere. You expand your consciousness and everything you do is nourished by the source of light and love, which is found in the heart. The engine of life will be the strong, authentic impulse of the heart. You will not expect anything, because you will know that everything is already here and that only the quality of this moment is important. You will know that the choices you make come from the heart and contribute to your spiritual perfection.
We did not know the difference between emotions and subtle feelings of the heart.
While subtle feelings are the source of peace, light, love, and joy, emotions are just reactions to external stimuli, they are an answer.
We simply thought it was not good to live in our hearts.
We have been educated to give priority to thought and reason. Then we ourselves decided that it is better not to leave room for feelings because that would make us vulnerable, not knowing that vulnerability is just a product of the mind.
Where is the real power? Where we are connected with the Divine Source. So in the heart.
We have accumulated resentments that have blocked the manifestation of the heart.
It has become increasingly difficult for us to open our hearts to all the resentments we have accumulated in the past. All this covered the voice of the heart and blocked the flow of the energy of love.
Therefore, essential in this process of opening the heart is to let the Divine Source help us to forgive ourselves and to forgive others, completely. It is our choice, it has always been our choice. That's great news. We also put our resentments there, and we too can cleanse them, putting aside infatuation, anger, anger, disappointment, frustration, guilt, guilt, fear, judgment.

Why the heart?

❤️ Therefore, it is important to let the heart remember and realize that the true source is the Source of Love and Light, the source of our existence.
💖 It is the channel through which we receive the blessing of light and love in our lives.
💙 Our heart always calls us to experience the joy, relaxation, peace, love, and light that this source offers.
