Behavioral Tips for Well-Being and Mental Health - Small Blueprint Everyone Needs To See

Being disciplined, having a routine is a very good strategy for your development.

πŸ‘€ In this article, I want to talk about this creative power of thought, assumption, self-love, acceptance, and last but not least, discipline.

πŸ’‘ Discipline in our general view is the opposite of chaos, not spontaneity. Don't forget that you owe it to yourself to have sincerity and full commitment. You have to relax, to think that you live with yourself, that you don't have to be so demanding with yourself, and the lifestyle you have is also yours.
The moment you accept yourself and realize that you are the best version of yourself, you will start making the much-desired changes.
Why changes?
Because you, surely, want to evolve. Maybe you want to become a better version of yourself, a version that assimilates the things you learn every day, a version of yourself that wants to better manage emotions, that wants more 'me time' moments, that wants to spend more time doing things from the heart.
You will see that you can become exactly who you want to be. It's all about the projection of these thoughts, but a projection made with relaxation and a good mood. Being disciplined, having a routine is a very good strategy for your development, it is a step towards the much-desired evolution and even a step towards a balanced and energetic lifestyle.

Change begins from within: both physically and mentally.

The answers are inside us and have existed for over 1000 years. One of the philosophies that supports this theory is that of Buddhism. The same answers are present in modern science, quantum physics, the study of genes, and cellular activity. One of the famous philosophers, Wayne Dyer, always talks in his books about attractive energy.

How does this energy work?

Think about the next concept: your inner reality. Your thoughts are what create your reality. The way you respond to situations in your daily life and challenges is determined by the way you think. These thoughts become the energy you have inside you and the energy you will offer to the outside. If you feel anger, it is because you have accumulated anger and rage in your body. Like our universe, your thoughts are a form of energy. Everything you feel and experience is the result of what is called attractive energy. That means you get what you sent into the world.

Negative emotions come from unrealistic expectations.

Acid energy attracts acid energy. Some of the acid thoughts/emotions are anger, hatred, shame, guilt, and fear. These emotions not only consume you, but they manage to attract even more acid energy. By changing your inner thoughts into emotions of love, harmony, kindness, peace, and joy, you will attract more of the positive ones. You will also be able to pass on these positive energies. These higher frequencies (alkaline emotions) will allow you to automatically cancel and dissipate the lower energies, in the same way, that the presence of light makes the darkness disappear.

It is important to understand that you create your reality. Once you become aware of this, the way you look at the world will change.
Can you protect yourself from negative emotions?

It takes a lot of exercises, but you can learn to master them. Try not to get emotionally involved and not to get angry. If someone around you makes a mistake, make an effort and forgive him, think that maybe one day he will understand what you understand and live in the present moment.

Forgiveness causes the body's pH to turn to an alkaline one, which is, favorable to health. Of course, there will be suffering that cannot be avoided. But it is important to be aware and understand that every minute of suffering or excess stress in the life of your cell. All negative emotions - stress, anger, rage, depression - attack our neurons and put the immune system in great difficulty and we remain vulnerable to disease. This is the main reason why we want to discipline ourselves, to learn to control our emotions, precisely to prolong the state of optimism we have. Beautiful thoughts, the feeling of hope, optimism, are essential for any person and for anything we aim to achieve in this life: whether we want to lose weight, whether we want to advance to work, whether we want to learn, or whether we want to be happy.

No matter how healthy your lifestyle is today, you can take specific steps to have more energy and to live more peacefully and peacefully with yourself. Regardless of age, you can make even better choices right now. Small decisions - about how you eat, how much time you spend daily on exercise, hydration, sleep - matter much more than you think. All these daily choices shape your lifestyle and influence your energy level and well-being.

I want to share some tips from what I have experienced all this time

Create your morning ritual. Take time to set your tone for the next day. Always start with those grateful thoughts. Allocate half an hour of introspection and internal dialogue, at which point you examine your goals, thank the universe for the abundance in your life, and work on your mood. This ritual will help you set positive expectations for the day you just started. If you feel incompetent, start simple: write down 10 things you are grateful for and that make you happy. In time, you will feel what your ritual should look like.

Breakfast. Some of us skip the first meal of the day, overcoming the lack of time. Studies show that breakfast gives you energy, helps you think, and helps you complete activities successfully. Include this new stress-free habit, meaning you don't have to start all the changes on the first day of Monday. Aim to include a new ritual each week. The changes will work and will enter your routine unless they are an extra reason for stress for the body.

Movement. Experts say exercise is an excellent antidote to sadness and stress. Find an activity that brings you joy. We wholeheartedly recommend walking in nature (it is done daily in our center). Just get started and enjoy any progress you make.

Diet. When choosing food, we should make the choice exactly as we would recommend to the dearest person in our lives. If we always thought like that, we would probably be able to make the healthiest choices.

Sleep. Sleep time is a positive investment for your health. Unfortunately, many of us do not give it enough importance, on the contrary, it is the activity we decide to give up the fastest when we have too much to do. The daily program should include 8 hours of intellectual effort (work), 8 hours of active rest (walking in nature, sports, reading, time spent with loved ones), and 8 hours of passive rest (sleep).

Get organized and learn to face your challenges. Don't procrastinate. The longer you postpone things, the more tension they will generate and you will face anxiety. Write a weekly list of things you have to do and just start doing them, one at a time. Set deadlines for everything on the list. Our minds will be disciplined and will find the resources to achieve the goals within the required time.

πŸ“– Keep a journal. This ritual can bring you great joy. Besides the fact that writing is a form of liberating expression, you will be able, to be honest, and you will connect deeply with yourself. At the end of the day, take a few minutes to express your emotions and the lessons learned that day. Besides the fact that you lay down your memories or the most intense feelings, you will be able to see how you have evolved. It's one of those moments just for you. In front of the diary, you feel free. It does not judge you, does not give you advice, but is there only for you and 'listens' to you.

πŸ’–Open your heart. When we begin to listen with our hearts rather than our minds, our whole world changes and becomes gentler. Realize that you are the greatest version of yourself. Choose to give yourself love and understanding as you do with everyone around you. Learn to support yourself, to appreciate yourself, to look at yourself with understanding and compassion. We end this paragraph with a quote from The Little Prince: β€œClearly you see only with your heart. The core of things cannot be seen with the naked eye. "

βœ”οΈβœ…β˜‘οΈ Never forget that your evolution means going through a state of discomfort. As long as you accept, learn to manage your emotions, and go with your strength, everything becomes possible.
