If you came to the conclusion that God is actually good and that the Bible is actually a good reliable book then for sure, 100% you didn't get to know the Bible enough.
Did you come across the part where:
God actually says dwarfs and people with bodily defects are not fit to enter his sanctuary or they will defy it?
The part where God says a woman needs to make a sacrifice for atonement of sin after she menstruates?
The part where Jesus told his disciples his second coming would be in their lifetime but they've all died now for thousands of years and Christ's second coming isn't here yet?
All the contradictions that makes it clear the writers of the Bible were just writing their own opinions rather than being inspired by one source?
If you want me to give you Bible verses you could ask, though, I'd give you. Pastors never talk about the messed up parts of the Bible that shows it is a scam, they dwell on the beautiful parts like 'Ask and it shall be given'.
