No offence is what taking a life for
This was my opinion last night while arguing with some of my friends on Death penalty.
Life's are been executed daily and sentence to death by court as punishment for variety of crime,fine I know some also might include life taking offences,but sometimes their are some acts that should have not be criminalized at all,Even in some countries,it can be drug related issues or offences,in some other countries it is terrorism related acts or murder
As if that is not all,even we have some countries that even execute people who are under 18years old which is very wrong base on my opinion ,even at times people spend years on death row,not even having the idea of when thier time will be up or wether they will have the chance to at all have one last time with thier families.
Sincerely to me death penalty is very cruel and inhuman,it is a such a degrading punishment and their are some organisation base on my understanding that sincerely go against death penalty like the Amnesty international
Just as Amnesty international holds that death penalty breaches humans rights and free will,I sincerely believe or agree with one of my friend Wale who said death penalty should be restricted to intentional killing,but of all am still very much believe that death penalty is not the answer for any type of crime committed.
Come to think of how painful it is to be executed,with the various method of execution
Beheading
Hanging
lethal injection
Electrocution
Shooting
Also it's good to know that some countries as changed their rules or let me say laws to exclude such practice.
Together we can put an end to the law of death penalty everywhere
One thing am certain of in life is that mistakes happen and most are irreversible.Even at times death penalty are given to cases that should still be under trial,but different is the case,just because the vitcim has no solid legal representation at times.
Honestly issuing death 💀 penalty is not the solution in reducing crime rate in our society, funny enough crime rate keeps on increasing even with the fact that people are aware of death penalty for most of this crime they keep on commiting.
sadly enough some countries has death sentences as a punishment for certain offence giving the judge no chance to consider the circumstances leading to the crime committed by the defendant before issuing his / her judgement, which to me is unfair at all to the less privilege
Even some years back I got to know that even some countries like Iran and Sudan used death penalty as a political tool to punish their political opponent
It is very important and vital that we all know or agree that death penalty won't reduces crime rate in our community today, people needs to be educated and enlightened on the importance of live in harmony the more, which should start from our different homes.
