What a great day to publish this video from Liotes! The price of HIVE went up and everything that I have mentioned in the title happened... Of course, the opposite as it is usually... But, we are doing things differently on Liotes... We are thinking in advance, don't rush, investigate and research before investing in any asset...
No Hype
Like I said in the first paragraph, the hype was one of the things that we can see almost every day... What is even less understandable is how people who are on the HIVE blockchain for years got lured into the hype... The price of HIVE (and BTC) went up and instead of taking off some "chips" from the table, people hyped about it like they never heard about crypto before...
No FOMO
Again... The same example, but from a bit different view...
OMG!!! The price of Hive went to $1!!! I have to buy a shitload of it as NEVER, EVER AGAIN it will be cheap like that!!!
See that sometimes? Probably hundreds of times with different coins, tokens, and projects in general... That's FOMO or Fear Of Missing Out... It's like my teenage son every second sentence "That will happen 100%", "I will never find my phone" (under one book on the table)... Most of the time you will not miss out on the "opportunity" if you take a breath and delay your decision for another time... Yes, you may miss, but NOT always... Far away from that... You are fighting the FOMO with patience...
