Ingredients
1 pack of rustic sheet
For the filling
500gr. minced pork
2 teaspoons Butter soup
5 sliced leeks
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon tomato pulp soup
1 glass of white wine
cinnamon on the tip of a spoon
½ κουτ. sweet grated spice
½ κουτ. sweet grated nutmeg
3-4 tbsp. soup trachana sweet
1 grated tomato
2 eggs
2 teaspoons chopped parsley soup
150gr. Grated Kefalotyri
Salt Pepper
mixture of olive oil and melted butter to spread the leaves
Preparation
In a saucepan of boiling water, add the leeks, salt and simmer for 10 minutes. You drain them.
Heat very well until a large non-stick pan burns, melt the butter and sauté the minced meat with the spices until dry and browned. You are salting.
Add the onion to the minced meat and stir. Add the pulp and the tomato and mix well. Quench with the wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate. Lower the heat and let the minced meat cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the leeks, mix well.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese, eggs, trachana and parsley. Stir and allow the filling to cool to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter a baking sheet and spread half the leaves of the package in a swab, oiling each one generously separately. Spread the filling evenly on them and cover with the remaining leaves, oiling them.
Wrap the excess leaves in the corners. Spread the butter-olive oil mixture and the surface of the pie, cut it into pieces, sprinkle it with water and bake it in the oven for 1 hour.
