Cuando hablamos de la influencia, estamos hablando de una herramienta Super poderosa que es beneficiosa para todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas tanto en el ámbito profesional como en el ámbito personal.

When we talk about influence, we are talking about a super powerful tool that is beneficial for all aspects of our lives, both professionally and personally.

La influencia no se trata solamente de ejercer poder o control sobre algo o alguien, influencia es la capacidad para inspirar, guiar y sobretodo ayudar a las otras personas para que ellos puedan ver desde otra perspectiva nueva, aquellos que trabajan bien la influencia pueden generar cambios en las personas y que estos sean sostenibles en el tiempo a su vez esto permite generar relaciones de confianza.

Influence is not just about exercising power or control over something or someone, influence is the ability to inspire, guide and above all help other people so that they can see from a new perspective, those who work well with influence can generate changes in people and that these are sustainable over time, in turn this allows to generate relationships of trust.

Primero para tener en cuenta es que debemos ser auténticos para ejercer influencia, no considerar esto es un gran error ya que hay personas que piensan que solamente es influyente cuando se imita aquellas personas que tienen éxito sin contemplar los valores o principios. La autenticidad es lo que nos permite conectar con otras personas cuando somos genuinos y sinceros, estamos mostrando nuestras intenciones más genuinas. Allí iniciamos la construcción de confianza y esta es la base de la influencia.

Not considering this is a big mistake, since there are people who think that it is only influential when they imitate those people who are successful without considering their values ​​or principles. Authenticity is what allows us to connect with other people when we are genuine and sincere, we are showing our most genuine intentions. Entonces: para iniciar el camino de ser influyente en los demás, primero tenemos que aprender a conocernos a nosotros mismos cuáles son nuestras motivaciones y que todas las acciones estén en armonía y alineadas con nuestros valores, las personas no siguen aquellos que no muestran coherencia entre lo que dicen y hacen. Otro punto muy importante es que la persona influyente es aquella que sabe escuchar más de lo que habla, esto es porque de esta manera aprendemos a conocer las necesidades y deseos como así también los puntos de vista de las demás personas, aquí se ejercita la escucha activa.

Another very important point is that the influential person is the one who knows how to listen more than he speaks, this is because in this way we learn to know the needs and desires as well as the points of view of other people, here active listening is exercised.

La prioridad debe estar en una buena comunicación, ser asertivo y comunicar de manera efectiva tanto con las palabras como con el lenguaje corporal y las actitudes, desde aquí debemos proporcionar valor constantemente, todo lo qué ofrecemos debe ser valioso para las demás personas, debemos aportar valor a la vida de aquellos que nos rodean, todo esto nos permite ganar el respeto y ejercer influencia cuando estamos dando sin esperar nada cambio, esto es muy poderoso.

The priority should be on good communication, being assertive and communicating effectively both with words and with body language and attitudes, from here we must constantly provide value, everything we offer must be valuable to other people, we must add value to the lives of those around us, all this allows us to gain respect and exert influence when we are giving without expecting anything in return, this is very powerful.

Todo esto no se va a estar viviendo en crecimiento constante, encontramos la solución a todas las cosas aprendiendo y creciendo paso a paso, desarrollamos nuestra mentalidad orientada a las soluciones y a lo positivo y esto mismo transmitimos a las demás personas, cuando los demás ven que enfrentamos los problemas con actitud positiva y resiliencia les invade una gran dosis de motivación para seguir nuestro ejemplo. Debemos cultivar la paciencia y la persistencia ya que la influencia no es algo con lo que se nace un día y listo, la influencia se construye día tras día. ¿Te animas a comenzar a ser influyente?
