Embroidery of a Siberian peasant woman

Hello, friends!
The theme of the next photo contest #POBPhotocontest by @friendlymoose is FABRIC
I present to the photo contest a fabric with embroidery, which was made by Siberian peasant women on winter evenings at the beginning of the last century.

In the village of Shushnskoe at the end of the 19th century, Vladimir Lenin was exiled. By his centenary in 1970, a memorial complex was created from the old houses that had survived by that time, reproducing a Siberian village at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

The room in which Vladimir Lenin lived and wrote the book "The Development of Capitalism in Russia".

At present, the main emphasis is not on political exile in Siberia, but on the life of the Siberian village at the end of the 19th century. In a large Siberian village, at that time, such crafts as weaving, pottery and cooperage, blacksmithing were presented. Moreover, many peasant women wove fabric and embroidered patterns in winter.

In the museum, you can not only see how the peasants lived 120 years ago, there are also master classes in forgotten crafts.

This is my entry for #POBphotocontest New Round: FABRIC by @friendlymoose
