there are iron rings around 15 inches in diameter fixed in the rock many places along the coastline. this is from the historical military base which is now a park. these rings date from the age of sailing ships and were used to tie off the ship under anchor. Now, these are all rusted and many are stuck in only one position. and not allowed to use.
There are many of them fixed in the rock in suitable places.
Nowadays people use them for photo sessions.
