That we already know a little better here we mean when we talk about telework we will see some of the types of telework. There are many jobs that we can do outside the office and many of them only require an Internet connection, and for this we can classify it into three basic categories: where work is done and how assigned tasks are completed.
* Remote work: is that person in a dependency relationship but who performs his work in a place other than the company or office, for example: in a coworking, in a cafeteria, or another office. In the case of meetings, these employees are obliged to attend the office. These people are mainly the merchants who usually spend most of the time traveling or companies that are clearly dedicated to remote work.
* In the case of virtual employment, it is the type of telework that offers total independence when it comes to location. A virtual employee does not have to be in an office, it is not required. These companies with these positions do not usually have a physical office and may employ external providers, except in some cases according to tax needs or other regulations, these companies offer excellent flexibility.
* The last we can mention the employment from home or the Home Office, it is not necessarily that you must have an office in your home but if you must be available during working hours to carry out your work. As we move forward in time and the use of technology, companies value work even more by meeting deadlines and results then they worry less about the way their employees organize their own time.-

Que ya conocemos un poco mejor aquí nos referimos cuando hablamos de teletrabajo veremos algunos de los tipos de teletrabajo. Son muchos los trabajos que podemos realizar fuera de la oficina y muchos de ellos solamente requieren una conexión a Internet, y para ello podemos clasificarlo en tres categorías básicas:
donde se realiza el trabajo y como se completan las tareas asignadas.
El trabajo remoto: es esa persona en relación de dependencia pero que realiza su trabajo en un lugar distinto a la empresa u oficina por ejemplo: en un coworking, en una cafetería, u otra oficina. En el caso de reuniones estos empleados tienen la obligación de asistir a la oficina. Éstas personas son principalmente los comerciantes que suelen estar la mayoría del tiempo de viaje o bien empresas que se dedican netamente al trabajo remoto.
En el caso del empleo virtual es el tipo de teletrabajo que ofrece una total independencia cuando nos referimos a la ubicación. Un empleado virtual no no debe estar obligatoriamente en una oficina, no se requiere. Éstas empresas con estos puestos no suelen tener oficina física y pueden emplear a proveedores externos, excepto en algunos casos conforme a las necesidades fiscales u otras normativas, estas empresas ofrecen excelente flexibilidad.
El último podemos mencionar el empleo desde casa o el Home Office, no es necesariamente que debes tener una oficina en tu casa pero si debes estar disponibles en el horario laboral para realizar tu trabajo. A medida que avanzamos en el tiempo y el uso de la tecnología las empresas valoran aún más el trabajo bajo el cumplimiento de plazos y resultados entonces se preocupan menos en el modo de que sus empleados organizan su propio tiempo.-
