Lo primero y mas importante a llevar en cuenta y poner en práctica debemos SER POSITIVOS y a la vez debemos SER REALISTAS.
Muchas personas y sobretodo muchas de las empresas se deben adaptar a estos cambios económicos que son producto directos de la pandemia. Aquí es donde debemos mantenernos positivos ante las circunstancias o fluctuaciones demostrando un aspecto positivo para el equipo de trabajo.
De esta manera existe mas probabilidades que el equipo siga trabajando de manera productiva desde sus casas o donde sea ya que ven a sus líderes que no se detienen a pesar de la crisis.
Si los líderes no se dejan arrastrar por esas circunstancias que no pueden dominar ni controlar las probabilidades de mantener la calma son mayores. Esto también le permite tener la mente mas despejada y poder aplicar estrategias económicas ante la situación cambiante y de esta manera poder decidir de manera inteligente que acciones tomar.
