Asking Questions The Right Way

The way our society works a lot of people want to avoid taking the risk in life. And they want other people to do their work. And so they ask the questions accordingly. Like I am sure you come across many people who would ask you question like - "Can you do this for me". Yes, those sort of people ask the questions the wrong way. They are just manipulating people around.

So what can be done in order to avoid asking questions the wrong way?

Don't Use People

Are you asking questions to use that person to get your work done. Then you are already making the crime which world does not want you to do. Just ask for directions instead of getting a free ride. You have to ask questions so you understand the process of the outcome.

Don't ask negative question

Are you asking anyone personal questions? Are you asking them question that affect their health or mental space? If yes then don't ask that sort of question. Know your boundaries. And know where you should limit your questions upto boundary where both parties are in fair game.

Ask for Process

Do you want to learn how to make recipe? Then ask for process. Don't ask them make that thing for me. The way you ask it and show the willingness to learn. That would invite more friendship and happiness to you. So knowing the process is always a good option. So ask them about the process.

Ask them about Delegation

Do you want other people to do the work? In that case be blunt and ask for delegation and also tell them the reward. It's always better to draw the line and ask people for help by offering something in return. And so asking for people who can delegatee in that work process is always a good idea.

As you can see there is an art in how you ask the questions. It always benefits knowing some direction.
