They were inseparable, people called them the gods of love. What better name would they have given them when Love was the only factor that never fail. They were immortals who watched the affair of men, Kem one of the twins watched over the South and North regions while Jem watched the West and East regions. Their unity was what held the river karamu located at the centre of the pole to the zones.
One fateful day, Kem stood at the top of a building admiring nature. she was fascinated by it beauty. She walked through the coast of the ocean allowing the cool breeze sweep her hair in the direction of the wind. afar she saw a man bathing at the seashore, he had a verile body and long hair as that of a god. She fell in love with him and decided to mingle among men. Jem realizing her twin broke their vow and associated herself with human was raged. There was a great clash in the heavenly as kem and Jem couldn't reach a consensus, it was for honor Jem fought, honor of the immortals, and for Kem, it was for love. The twin that were once inseparable held grievances between them both.
The unity in karamu,
the river that once signify their bond began to form tributaries. The poles that held the Cardinals began to separate, each distancing itself from the other cardinal point. Betwixt the four poles was a boundary separated by bodies of water. The river Karamu formed the river pishio, Eden, Paris, and Goshen.
