Lessons from the Garden: Take care of your Peeps!!!

Lessons from the Garden: Take care of your workers!

I've always had the mindset of taking care of your people you work with! No matter what, honor the people who are working alongside you. It helps boost morale, keeps your team united and lets people know you love and appreciate them.

But who are your workers in the garden? hehehe

Well, if you have the money - maybe you've hired some gardeners or landscape architects? But me? Nope. If you remember, I showed you my sweet little workers!

My wormies! hehehe

500 or so worms, all named Vern LOL

-And when they are happy - they make babies. Which are more workers for you!

-And when they are eating - they make poops! Which is all the food that plants go CRAZY for!!!

So - provide a happy home with lots of good food - and they will

  1. double, double, double and double! LOL

  2. make more worm castings than you know what to do with

And their happy = your happy!

So Lesson #4:

Take care of others well. The blessings are sure to come back around to you someday too!

Want to see how easy it is to build a worm farm? It's seriously SO easy. They eat for free (the veggie scraps you would throw away) and produce the highest quality natural fertilizer for free!!! Have fun with worms and watch your garden THRIVE!!!

If you end up trying this method - let me know how it works out for you! Oh... and they really do double, double, double and double! hahaha So be ready to start a new bin with about half of them in 3 months or so+6
, so they have room to grow to make MORE babies, and MORE castings (fertilizer) for you!!!

Enjoy!!!
