I have to say the last few days here at POB (ProofOfBrain.io) have been a little weird and off putting. The trending page is just littered with drama about how people vote, who's right and who's wrong, my way is right you better listen to me or else and just flat up dumb drama. If I was someone new coming to ProofofBrain and seeing that I'd have to say it would be rather off putting just take a look...
I'll admit it makes you stop and wonder WTF is going on and to read up on it but is this platform about to turn into a bash talk each other and how we think things should be run and how others should be voting etc.
It's what cracks me up about the DPOS system. It's pretty much real world and shows you the human factors always leads to some crazy destruction as if we are just wired in that way to be self descriptive and we feed off of it. We see it in EVERY aspect of our lives.
Political turns into how much power(money) one side has over the other while crushing everyone else under them. Is this what ProofOfBrain will end up becoming?
Or will we finally find a way out of it and actually build and create something we can be proud of.
I totally get it as humans the "easy" methods of rage, trash talking, putting others down, telling others what they can and can't do or how someone else is wrong and why you're right are things people do constantly every day. While it might get a lot of attention now that's short term and what you end up with over time is a VERY divided, power hungry few that control the system. From that you crush innovation, new ideas and set yourself up on a clear path of your way or no way.
I hate to tell ya, you're human as well and if you wish for others to respect your opinions and views you need to be respectful of theirs as well. It's a two way street that's MUCH more productive then the path I am seeing us currently going down. But maybe that is what this project will end up showing us. How ProofOfBrain can either be extremely powerful or extremely destructive. Unfortantlly the destructive often wins our more than the positive outcome. It's why those rare positive outcomes go down in history as being great events and changes while the negatives are stains on history about what to never repeat again(however we constantly keep ending up repeating)

The decision is yours and it's going to be interesting to continue to watch this project play out. A lot can be learned from stepping back for a moment and just watching others actions. Personally I find it fascinating
