Tomorrow it will be seven days that I'm working on testing the POBleus project. I have been striving daily to curate quality posts, especially from new authors, as we all know how difficult it is to have visibility when we start writing here at Proof of Brain or any other community.
My evaluation criterion is to vote for posts that have the author's personality, that has details about his/her vision, feeling, or experience, no matter what the theme is. I also don't worry too much about good writing as I know that not everyone has excellent writing skills, and to make my analysis as equitable as possible, I take into account how hard a person has gone to write, giving their best, despite than normatively there are some errors.
@proofbrainio now follows the trails of POBleus curators at 25% this gives about 30 POBS in a 100% vote. It's a great vote and I'm sure it helps all those who want their post to have more visibility beyond the reward factor itself.
Every day I see people writing about the scarcity of rewards in Proof of Brain, but I guarantee that efforts are being made to make the rewards as comprehensive as possible. And I very much doubt that there is a community on Hive that rewards so well like Proof of Brain. So what are these people complaining about?
The reward for the greatest number of people is what I seek with my curation style. So don't miss out on the excitement! Keep writing and showing your heart and mind in your posts and for sure you will be increasingly rewarded.
However, I must emphasize: Show a little care with the POB and stake it. I'm not the type of person that's strict about this, but it's advice I give to everyone because nobody who only sells POB is well regarded on the platform, so I advise you who have no concern with stakes to start thinking about it.
I hope all curators continue to do a good job handing out rewards to more and more people. I want to see POB as a thriving community whereas many people as possible benefit from it!
