Rather than look at this as a loss maybe we should look at it as a desperate move on their part. Why the sudden rush when the goal was 2023? Feels like they are throwing their toys out of the crib so something is not going to plan. This was done behind closed doors in secret, another sign they are scared and scrabbling. It's more important than ever to realise we have the ammo already. The law is on OUR side and we all need to know how to use it. This woman knows the law, she works in it, listen to what she says and dust yourselves off. We all knew this had to get worse before it gets better.
Re the figures they're spewing everywhere about how many people are taking up the jibberjigs which seem to be very optimistic on their part. Please take their numbers with a big pinch of salt.
Re the recent FDA approval- The FDA letter states they're only licencing the upgraded version called COMIRNATY.I also noted that they left out a very important word when describing part of the ingredients as Lipid particles without the NANO......Big exclusion, or just plain criminal?!
so they're keeping their secret patented ingredient secret still? Surely that's illegal too? They wouldn't get away with secret ingredients in food. Take coca-cola as a classic case with their secret cocaine ingredient. When was that case? Besides in the law talk above she mentions allergy testing before ANY shot (apparently this should always be investigated 1st) which they could not do if they do not have the ingredients to test against. On mandates -
What does mandate actually mean? It sounds like something you must do but actually it's nothing more or less than another statute/rule except these medical mandates have not gone through the usual legal steps and actually break common laws (which are much higher than rules of society) and infringe on God's law, natural law and basic rights. They say they are 'enforceable' but do you know anyone who's been sent to prison for not complying? Have any fines been acually paid? I don't think so because they are not in fact lawful.
The people putting out these 'orders' are not the same people who can make laws-

They are breaking the law by not getting true 'informed consent' for any of the jabs. How can people be informed of facts to do with the jabs when-
- the ingredients are trade secrets
- the jabs are in stage 2/3 of their own trials some not finished until 2023
- hence there is no safety data
- there is no efficacy data
- no risk assesment has been done due to insufficient safety data
- no-one can know if they will have an 'allergic reaction' as no allergy testing can be carried out with no ingredient list.

We all know the vaccine companies are excempt from liability since 1986 (Thanx Reagan) but the actual people who are delivering the shots are NOT excempt. They can be put on notice, so can heads of schools, hospital administrators and even politicians who push the mandates. They need to be made aware that they can be held personally liable for their actions and demands. Ask them for their 'risk assesments' and their oaths (as in the case of medical proffesionals who have sworn to 'do no harm'). They ARE criminally liable. A needle breaks the skin which is a physical injury therefore an assault.
Not only are they breaking the Nuremberg Code over informed consent there is also a recent case which laid down the law over informed consent from children for puberty blockers (spoken of in the video above) which can be applied to the covid jabs. The case was Bell and Tavistock as recent as December 2020 in the UK and the conclusion was-
"a child under 16 may only consent...where he or she is competent to understand the nature of the treatment, that includes the immediate and long term consequences of the treatment. (this cannot be known as the trial has not ended yet, most adults do not understand the meaning of gene therapy nor even in most cases that the shots ARE gene therapy and not vaccines.)
I really see them struggling in quicksand and every squirm sinks them deeper & deeper. They are predictably shooting them selves in the foot (on purpose?)or is it the classic “a fool and his folly” happening here.
OR is it a case of AGENDA 2030 in full swing and they are not only dismantling the 'health' system but this way they double up and bring down the legal system with it? That is the end goal after all. Do you think the new normal includes any of the old systems?
It's "the apocalypse" (which actually means 'the unveiling'). When it's all over, there will be no more manmade law (that's statutes and acts and 'legalities'which by definition are 'rules of a society given the force of law by the CONSENT of the governed). In the meantime, all the balls are in their court, as it were. They own the whole system and will continue to advance their plans until it all falls apart around them, but not before everyone gets to see the full horror of how this world has been run and their part in going along with it.

Oh one last thing, those covid passports. Did you know in parliament a few weks ago it was annouced that the people who 'had received a PLACEBO shot' would be eligible to get a pass (despite not being vaccinated?) and I remember on the mainstream news they announced that any of the PLACEBO GROUP would be given a real shot if they wanted it. I checked the trial papers and yes it states stage 1 was 50% placebo and it also states that stages 2 and 3 (which we are in now) would be ONE THIRD PLACEBO. Still finding more proof and tody someone sent me this little video. So the covid vaccines are a scam if people who've been injected with saline (yes they got a real placebo this time) can be deemed 'vaccinated'.
