Based on decisions, it is possible to individually perform the good in a group way, so far what we have seen in previous publications, we focus on the individual aspect, but there are also methods and techniques that can be approached in a group way.

Group decision-making method we use it when there is little time and when the problem is not big, it is a decision that is adopted by the criteria of the majority of the people that make up the group, which is only fast on some occasions, it represents a disadvantage that there is a minority that does not have the same criteria in terms of the decision taken.
Using consensus for decision making is another of the most frequent techniques, but for this type of consensus it requires more time and for more important decisions than the previous one. In this case, it is assumed that all members of the group agree and accept commitment, this technique has basic characteristics such as: it achieves great participation from all members, requires a lot of communication, all those who wish to participate are manifested
in the direction of all opinions.
Both in the group decision and in the consensus there are basic principles such as the following:
The objective to be discussed in the meeting must be clear and known to the members of the group.
During the meeting there must be a mediator to guide and direct the dynamics, who must have experience and know the technique to use.
This facilitator encourages the generation and presentation of ideas without restrictions.
Each one of the members of the group should express their criteria and should not be criticized.
All the ideas presented must not be accepted.
The ideas should be taken in small brochures or in some way so that they can be seen by the rest of the group.
The sentences that express the ideas must be very clear expressing their content correctly.

De decisiones pueden realizarse de manera individual o bien de manera grupal hasta ahora lo que hemos visto en las publicaciones anteriores nos enfocamos en el aspecto individual pero también hay métodos y técnicas que se pueden abordar de manera grupal.

Método de tomar decisiones de manera grupal lo utilizamos cuando hay poco tiempo y cuando el problema no es tan grande es una decisión que es adoptada por el criterio de la mayoría de las personas que componen el grupo aunque sea rápido en algunas ocasiones esto representa una desventaja qué hay una minoría que no tiene el mismo criterio acerca de la decisión tomada.
Utilizar el consenso para la toma de decisiones es otra de las técnicas más frecuentes pero para este tipo de consenso se necesita más tiempo y para decisiones más importante que la anterior. En este caso supone que todos los integrantes del grupo concuerdan y asumen el compromiso esta técnica posee características básicas tales como: logra gran participación de todos los integrantes, requiere mucha comunicación, todos los que desean participar se manifiestan en dirección a todas las opiniones.
Tanto en la decisión grupal como en el consenso existen principios básicos como los siguientes:
El objetivo a tratar en la reunión debe ser claro y de conocimiento para los integrantes del grupo.
Durante la reunión debe haber un mediador para orientar y dirigir la dinámica este debe contar con experiencia y conocer la técnica a utilizar.
Éste facilitador estimula la generación y exposición de ideas sin restricciones.
Cada uno de los integrantes del grupo deben expresar sus criterios y no debe ser criticados.
cada una de las ideas expuestas no deben ser de batidas deben ser aceptadas.
Las ideas deben ser tomadas en pizarras pancartas o alguna manera para que sea visualizada por el resto del grupo.
Las frases que expresan las ideas deben ser muy claras expresando de manera correcta su contenido.
