Over the last 2 days ground clearance has been underway. Along the back of the plot its where I would like the shed to go along with the compost bins.
The old plot holder had used metal fences and bed frames to create bays for the composting however these were overflowing and now covered with slowly dying grass.
The brambles were cleared and then the soil wheelbarrowed across to some of the beds.
The beds look so much nicer with fresh soil on. No doubt there will be weeds on there again in now time. However I do have some spare weed membrane left and may cover the beds as best I can.
The squash frame has also been removed and now 1.5 beds have been filled with soil. Still got a lot more to do though.
