Hello Hivers 💕💞,
Ever since the dry season got kick off several months ago I have been in a working hard position to see that there are so many gardening vegetables and also but green and red-pepper readily available for consumption for the family. but now as it is we are entering into a different kind of season since few days ago and this is the harmattan period.
But before the Harmattan setting set in, I tried my best to fish out some few green vegetables at hand that may survive quickly and also regenerate as well. I tried my best to keep Wetting does planted crops such as white eggplant, the Peppers , the jute Vegetable, the onions, the grass tea plant and more.
Now I have the white eggplant coming out friuting stage gradually. These are some of the pictures as shown down below.
why I love eggplant is that it is an alternative for protein source which can either be egg itself. When you process the eggplant into sauce it smell so delicious and all other things follow.
I also love to keep records of what I have planted and also achieved so far the New Year resolution came with this initiative.
