There are several methods by which we source for our own fertilizer as Humans. Even though we are taught in the secondary school and also in the higher institution that there is one method through which crops can survive quickly is my adding fertilizer and in this case the fertilzer may be the nitrogen-fixing fertilizer which is known as NPK 15:15:15. Although we also have some other chemical fertilizers which is known as Urea. The NPK 15:15:15 is capable of fixing nitrogen into the soil when it is applied I also so many crops and use the NPK confidently. But the Urea is used by selected crops like rice.
- As for me I prefer the Organic fertilizer although it may be very expensive but I prefer it likewise it will be scares but when you have it finally its really will go a very long way. It does not quickly dissolve into soil and this is done one of the best advantage of the organic fertilizer. I also prefer it to others because it can stay close to 4 months in the soil and it will still be working very well which other chemical fertilizers can withstand the long duration.
- I source my own organic fertilizer from my own farm which implies that there is always a reason for everything. When you have poultry Birds you need to cater for them very well so that at the end of your family season you will pack their droppings and use them as fertilizer for your crops. You can also rear animals like goats, cattle,Sheep, Rabbit, they also serve the same purposes.
I use shovel to packed it all the Poultry droppings after so many weeks of leaving it this way.
- Sometimes agricultural work looks so dirty to the eyes but I tell you this it is very real and practical. when you are into agriculture you need to sacrifice everything your time, your mind, your soul so as to make a very good farming season with good record. This is how I source my own fertilzer and it really work best for me because its in my own farm and it is from the right source.
