¡Feliz miércoles abejitas!☕ 💫 Deseando que se encuentren bien y tengan un bendecido día, para hoy les traigo la elaboración de unas sencillas, pero muy ricas galletas de mantecado con lluvia de chocolate.
📝 Ingredientes:
● 7 Cdas de margarina
● 1/2 Taza de azúcar refinada
● 🥚 1 Huevo
● 2 Taza de harina de trigo
● 1 Cdta de esencia de mantecado
● Lluvia de chocolate
👩🏻🍳 Preparación:
1.- En un bowl colocamos la margarina junto con el azúcar y mezclamos bien con ayuda de una paleta o si prefieren lo pueden hacer con la batidora.

● 7 Tbsp margarine
● 1/2 cup refined sugar
● 🥚 1 egg
● 2 Tbsp wheat flour
● 1 Tbsp buttercream essence
● Chocolate drizzle
👩🏻🍳 Preparation:
1.- In a bowl place the margarine together with the sugar and mix well with the help of a paddle or if you prefer you can do it with a mixer.
2.- Agregamos el huevo, la esencia de mantecado y mezclamos.
2.- Add the egg and the butter essence and mix.
3.- Añadimos las dos tazas deharina de trigo cernida y mezclamos, hasta obtener masa manipulable. Quizás puedan necesitar un poco más de harina, esto dependerá del tamaño del huevo. Por último incorporamos suficiente lluvia de chocolate.
3.- Add the two cups of sifted wheat flour and mix until the dough is workable. You may need a little more flour, this will depend on the size of the egg. Finally we incorporate enough chocolate rain.
4.- Tomamos pequeñas porciones de la masa, hacemos una bolita, la medio aplastamos y las colocamos sobre una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada. Llevamos al horno precalentado por 15 minutos exactos a 180°C.
4.- Take small portions of the dough, make a small ball, half flatten it and place it on a previously greased and floured tray. Bake in a preheated oven for exactly 15 minutes at 180°C.
5.- Retiramos del horno, dejamos reposar, y servimos para disfrutar de estas ricas galletas. Con esta cantidad de ingredientes salieron 30 galletas medianas.
5.- Remove from the oven, let stand, reheat and serve to enjoy these delicious cookies. With this quantity of ingredients 30 medium cookies were obtained.
