El tiempo parece ser el único Recurso que no podemos Recuperar, pero si aprovecharlo al Máximo. Durante aproximadamente 1 Año mi Meta fue invertir mi Tiempo y Creatividad para Crear Contenido Original y de Calidad en la plataforma HIVE.
Ha sido un Año lleno de emociones y sentimientos encontrados que me han llevado a creer en mi Talento y Creatividad, contando con la oportunidad de recibir apoyo, recibir comentarios que significan mucho para mí, y conocer a personas de Diferentes partes del mundo que forman parte del Ecosistema HIVE.
Una de ellas, es @mayvil quien promueve la Iniciativa Nadando con las Ballenas y aprovecho la oportunidad para Celebrar mi Primer año Trabajando en HIVE. A continuación, responderé las Siguientes Preguntas.
Time seems to be the only Resource that we cannot Recover, but we can make the most of it. For approximately 1 year my goal was to invest my time and creativity to create original and quality content on the HIVE platform.
It has been a year full of emotions and mixed feelings that have led me to believe in my Talent and Creativity, having the opportunity to receive support, receive comments that mean a lot to me, and meet people from different parts of the world that are part of the HIVE Ecosystem.
One of them is @mayvil who promotes the Swimming with the Whales Initiative and I take the opportunity to celebrate my first year working in HIVE. Next, I will answer the following questions.

(1.)Do you have a Favorite Whale, if the answer is affirmative, please explain why?
All Whales within the HIVE Ecosystem are Favorites when they vote in favor of Original and Quality Content.
When the opposite happens, some users may fall into the dilemma of hindering the work of each Whale through the Abuse of Power.
Having said the above, in my humble opinion, the Whales are Favorites in HIVE, because when they vote in favor of Original and Quality Content, they enrich and empower the HIVE Platform, and the Users repay the support received by making a maximum effort, with Discipline, Persistence and Creativity.
It is worth mentioning that since June 28, 2020 in my heart there is a very special place for @bluemist who has a team working within the HIVE platform that is dedicated to curating content through @appreciator, although I do not always receive their vote in favor, my constant and creative dedication has been my strength to achieve my goals during my first year as a Content Creator.
Also, I want to highlight @blocktrades because they have their team and are currently working and testing for the next Hartford.
Finally, I take the opportunity to congratulate and thank @ocd @acydo for their Incubation Project Initiative.

(1.)¿Tienes una Ballena Favorita?, ¿Si la respuesta es Afirmativa Explica Por Qué?
Todas las Ballenas dentro del Ecosistema HIVE son Favoritas cuando ejercen su Voto a Favor del Contenido Original y de Calidad.
Cuando sucede lo Contrario, algunos usuarios, pueden caer en el Dilema de entorpecer el Trabajo de Cada Ballena a través del Abuso del Poder.
Dicho lo Anterior, en mi Humilde opinión, Las Ballenas son Favoritas en HIVE, porque cuando ejercen su voto a Favor por los Contenidos Originales y de Calidad enriquecen y Potencian la Plataforma HIVE y los Usuarios retribuimos el apoyo recibido esforzándose al Máximo, con Disciplina, Persistencia y Creatividad.
Cabe destacar, que desde el 28 de Junio del 2.020 en mi Corazón existe un lugar muy especial, para @bluemist quien cuenta con un equipo de trabajo dentro de la plataforma HIVE que se dedican a curar Contenido a través de @appreciator, aunque no siempre recibo su voto a Favor, mi Dedicación Constante y Creativa ha sido mi fortaleza para alcanzar mis Metas Durante mi Primer año como Creadora de Contenido.
También, quiero destacar @blocktrades porque cuenta con su equipo de trabajo y actualmente se dedican a trabajar y realizar pruebas para el Próximo Hartford.
Finalmente, aprovecho la oportunidad para Felicitar y agradecer @ocd @acydo por la Iniciativa de su proyecto de Incubación.
(2.) If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
The first thing I would do is Celebrate in a big way and do Naming, because every Dream or Goal Achieved is a reason to Celebrate, then I would have to choose a Name that Represents the Whale so that it remains Engraved in our Mind and Heart.
Naming is the process of creating a name for the Whale that I am going to represent in the HIVE Ecosystem that is related to my trajectory and philosophy.
It must be an Original, Credible, Coherent, Notorious name that will remain in time.
To achieve this, I would invite several projects or users to participate in the creation of the name, considering the value they bring through their communities or projects, taking into account that together we are stronger.
I hope to continue collecting incredible ideas that promote Respect and Coexistence in the beautiful HIVE Ecosystem.
(2.)¿Si pudieras ser una Ballena que sería lo primero que Harías?
Lo Primero que Haría es Celebrarlo a lo Grande y Hacer Naming, porque todo Sueño o Meta Lograda son motivos de Celebración, luego tendría que elegir un Nombre que Represente la Ballena para que quede Grabado en nuestra Mente y Corazón.
Hacer Naming es el proceso de Crear un nombre para la Ballena que voy a Representar en el Ecosistema HIVE que tenga relación con mi trayectoria y Filosofía.
Debe Ser un nombre Original, Creíble, Coherente, Notorio y que permanezca en el tiempo.
Para conseguirlo, invitaría a varios proyectos o usuarios a participar en la Creación del Naming, considerando el Valor que aportan a través de sus comunidades o proyectos, tomando en cuenta que juntos somos más Fuertes.
Espero seguir recolectando ideas increíbles que fomenten el Respeto y la Convivencia en el Hermoso Ecosistema HIVE.
(3.)As a Whale, would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?
HIVE is a Community in General that is subdivided into Communities and Projects, some allies, others in the Strengthening stage and those that are on the way.
All are very important, until they strive to create Initiatives, Contests, Challenges that encourage Creativity in other Users who expect to be rewarded without Discrimination.
Once mentioned the above, and considering the effort of each user, Project or Community can count on my support following a series of General Aspects, specific and Quality Criteria, in due time, I will present them.
Although many Communities and Projects already exist, some need support and Innovation for their Strengthening.
(3.)¿Siendo una Ballena, apoyarías alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario?
HIVE es una Comunidad en General que se Subdivide en Comunidades y Proyectos, algunos aliados, otros en etapa de Fortalecimiento y los que vienen en Camino.
Todos son muy importantes, hasta que se esfuerzan por crear Iniciativas, Concursos, Retos que impulsan la Creatividad en los Demás Usuarios que esperan ser Recompensados sin Discriminación.
Una Vez mencionado lo anterior, y considerando el esfuerzo de cada usuario, Proyecto o Comunidad pueden contar con mi apoyo siguiendo una serie de Aspectos Generales, Criterios específicos y de Calidad, en su momento, los presentaré.
Aunque muchas Comunidades y Proyectos ya Existen, algunos necesitan apoyo e Innovación para su Fortalecimiento.
(4.) Which are the users that you consider to be the next Dolphins within our Blockchain?
Actually, I do not spend time investigating the next Dolphins, I think it depends on the amount of HIVE POWER (HP) of each user, I am not worthy of example, because I have the habit of making POWER DOW every time I reach a minimum of 1,000 HP which equals approximately 70 HIVE for 13 weeks that I have available to pay my expenses and save until I managed to buy my tools of work, namely my PC and cellular equipment both allow me to continue creating content in HIVE.
My recommendation would be to take into account the value that each user brings to the HIVE platform through their content, support, proposals and projects and not by the amount of HP to define a range between Fish and Whale.

En Realidad, no dedico tiempo en investigar los próximos Delfines, creo que eso depende de la Cantidad de HIVE POWER (HP) de Cada usuario, yo no soy digna de Ejemplo, porque tengo el Hábito de Hacer POWER DOW cada Vez Que Alcanzo un mínimo de 1.000 HP que equivale aproximadamente 70 HIVE por 13 semanas que tengo disponible para Pagar mis Gastos y Ahorrar hasta que logré comprar mis Herramientas de Trabajo, a saber, mi PC y Equipo Celular ambos me permiten seguir Creando Contenido en HIVE.
Mi Recomendación seria tomar en cuenta el Valor que aporta cada Usuario a la plataforma HIVE a través de su contenido, apoyo, propuestas y proyectos y no por la Cantidad de HP para Definir un rango entre Pez y Ballena.
(5.) Would you like to be part of a Project or Community? if the answer is affirmative, please explain why?
Growth at a personal and professional level is very important to me, and if I can consider the opportunity to be part of a Community, my own project, or any other that deserves my support to continue growing towards continuous improvement, which depends on Sponsorship to achieve a Successful Result.

El Crecimiento a nivel personal y profesional es muy importante para mí, y si puedo considerar la oportunidad de formar parte de una Comunidad, proyecto propio, o cualquiera que amerite de mi apoyo para seguir Creciendo en pro de la mejora continua, que depende de Patrocinio para conseguir un Resultado Exitoso.

The Freedom of Earning Cryptocurrency Working as an Artistic Content Creator, and having the support of all the users that together add up and help me to get the main income during my First Year.
HIVE counts with Users that can affirm as I do, that we live from our Talent or passion.
We are a community that believes in our HIVE and HBD Tokens that can be exchanged for another Cryptocurrency or for our Local Currency through @orinoco.

A Content Curator should be:
Proactive. Active and Willing to Add Value with their vote to Enhance the Contents that serve as a source of Innovation and Knowledge.
Expert. In sources of information to Discover Current Trends.
Curious. Enjoys absorbing information from your Niche and provides support for Valuable Content.
Critical. Possesses the Ability to Distinguish Valuable Content.
Empathetic. Identifies and Understands the Needs of Quality Content Creators and the HIVE Ecosystem providing support for Continuous Improvement.
Intuitive. Recognizes and Identifies Valuable Content, as well as the bad habits of some users.
Responsible. Once he recognizes that Content Creators trust his Curation Criteria, he strives to gather knowledge, information and enjoys the mix of Quality Content.
Being a Whale is an Arduous Task and a bit complicated, when the platform overflows daily with unspecific and General Contents that deserve Classification and Hierarchization, that is why it is very important to find the Right Tools for Content Curation.

Crítico. Posee la Capacidad de Distinguir el Contenido Valioso.
Empático. Identifica y Comprende las Necesidades de los Creadores de Contenidos de Calidad y el Ecosistema HIVE prestando su apoyo para la Mejora continua.
Intuitivo. Reconoce e Identifica los Contenidos Valiosos, así como también los malos Hábitos de algunos usuarios.
Responsable. Una vez que reconoce que los Creadores de Contenidos confían en su Criterio de Curación, se esfuerza por recopilar el conocimiento, la información y disfruta de la mezcla de Contenidos de Calidad.
Ser Ballena es una Tarea Ardua y un poco complicada, cuando la plataforma se desborda diariamente de Contenidos poco específicos y Generales que ameritan de Clasificación y Jerarquización, por ello es muy importante encontrar las Herramientas Adecuadas para la Curación de Contenidos.

There are many projects that I find in the HIVE Ecosystem, some have provided non-constant support, which can be a bit demotivating or a challenge to do my job better every day.
What I like the most is to find Innovative Projects and with the ability to constantly reward Original and Quality Content.

Son Muchos los Proyectos que encuentro en el Ecosistema HIVE, algunos han prestado apoyo No Constante, que puede resultar un poco desmotivador o un Reto para Hacer mi trabajo cada día Mejor.
Lo que más me Gusta es encontrar Proyectos Innovados y con la Capacidad de Recompensar constantemente el Contenido Original y de Calidad.
