Hoy mi madre cumplió años y la tratamos como una reina, el desayuno lo compró mi papá (no es novedad por que no sabe cocinar), el almuerzo lo preparé yo y aun así quise prepararle una pequeña torta para celebrar su día, además de comer algo distinto para la cena.
La verdad es que estuvo nostálgica todo el día, por que mi hermano menor esta fuera del pais y es su segundo cumpleaños sin compartir con el, sin embargo trate de subirle el animo todo lo que pude, y quedamos que en la noche haríamos una videollamada hacia Colombia.
Hoy fue el cumpleaños de mi madre y la tratamos como una reina, el desayuno lo compró mi papá (no es nada nuevo porque no sabe cocinar), el almuerzo lo preparé yo y todavía quise preparar un pequeño pastel para celebrar su día, además de comer algo diferente en la cena.
La verdad es que estuvo nostálgica todo el día, porque mi hermano menor está fuera del país y es su segundo cumpleaños sin compartir con él, sin embargo traté de levantarle el ánimo como pude, y acordamos que en la noche haríamos una video llamada a Colombia.
Primero fuimos al super mercado a comprar unas cosas para preparar una mini torta, así que comenzamos buscar ingredientes y una mezcla para tortas rápidas, algunas galletas y una chocolate para añadírselo también. Yo había visto en tiktok la manera de preparar una torta pequeña con galletas oreo, así que compre un par para preparar de nuevo esta mini torta.
First we went to the super market to buy some things to prepare a mini cake, so we started looking for ingredients and a quick cake mix, some cookies and a chocolate to add to it as well. I had seen in tiktok the way to prepare a small cake with oreo cookies, so I bought a couple to prepare again this mini cake.
La idea era preparar una torta grande con la mezcla llamada renata, a esta mezcla solo hay que agregarle 3 huevos, 3 cucharadas de mantequilla y 150ml de leche, batiremos todo por 6 min y la llevaremos al horno, así de sencillo se preparan las tortas con esta mezcla.
The idea was to prepare a large cake with the mixture called renata, to this mixture just add 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of butter and 150 ml of milk, beat everything for 6 minutes and take it to the oven, this is how simple cakes are prepared with this mixture.
Comenzamos batiendo los huevos con la harina y un poco de esencia de vainilla.

Luego agregamos la mantequilla, la leche y mezclamos todo hasta que se hizo una mezcla homogénea.
Then add the butter, milk and mix everything until it is a homogeneous mixture.
En condiciones normales la mezcla se lleva al horno por 20 min aproximadamente y listo, el detalle esta en que no tenemos horno, pensábamos hacerla en el sarten pero mi mama tuvo la brillante idea de agregarle un papel aluminio para darle la forma de un molde, solo que pensaba que la mezcla no se saldría de allí, grabe error.
Continuamos con el extraño experimento pero no paso mucho tiempo para darnos cuenta, que no funcionaria, así que decidimos salvar un poco de la mezcla, y solo salvamos el 30%, el resto se quemo.
In normal conditions the mixture is taken to the oven for about 20 minutes and it's ready, the detail is that we don't have an oven, we thought to make it in the pan but my mom had the brilliant idea of adding an aluminum foil to give it the shape of a mold, but she thought that the mixture would not come out of there, big mistake.
We continued with the strange experiment but it didn't take long to realize that it wouldn't work, so we decided to save a little of the mixture, and we only saved 30%, the rest was burned.
Lo poco que quedo de la mezcla, se convirtió en una bonita mini torta, que originalmente debía quedar así, solo que experimentamos y nos salió muy mal.
What little was left of the mixture, turned into a nice mini cake, which was originally supposed to look like this, but we experimented and it turned out very badly.
Ahora fue mi turno de hacer mi receta de tiktok, para eso solo necesitaba 5 galletas oreo, un poco de leche liquida, 1 huevo y harina de trigo.
Now it was my turn to make my tiktok recipe, for that I only needed 5 oreo cookies, some liquid milk, 1 egg and wheat flour.
Para esto utilizaría las 5 galletas oreo sin la crema, esas galletas las trituraría y luego les agregaría 4-5 cucharadas de leche liquida, un poco de vainilla y 1 huevo, lo mezclaría homogéneamente hasta integrar todo, luego añadiría 2 cucharadas de azúcar, seguiría batiendo hasta que no se sintiera la azúcar. Y finalmente le agregamos 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo, esto nos dejara una mezcla muy parecida a la anterior.
For this I would use the 5 oreo cookies without the cream, I would crush those cookies and then add 4-5 tablespoons of liquid milk, a little vanilla and 1 egg, I would mix it homogeneously until everything is integrated, then I would add 2 tablespoons of sugar, I would continue beating until the sugar is not felt. And finally we add 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, this will leave us a mixture very similar to the previous one.
De igual manera la cocinaría en un sarten a fuego bajo, lo unte con mantequilla y harina de trigo para evitar que se quemara por debajo, lo dejamos así por 10 min y la tapamos. Hasta que pasados estos minutos veríamos los resultados rápidos, así que apagamos y dejamos reposar.
In the same way I would cook it in a frying pan over low heat, spread it with butter and wheat flour to prevent it from burning underneath, we left it like that for 10 minutes and covered it. After these minutes we would see the quick results, so we turn it off and let it rest.
Al caer la noche prepare un batido con algunas galletas chips ahoy, sus galletas preferidas. Y pedí una comida rápida, "pepitos", ya que hace algunos días estaba antojada de comerlos.
At nightfall I made a milkshake with some ahoy chips, her favorite cookies. And I ordered a quick meal, "pepitos", since I had been craving them for a few days.
Así que creo que hoy fue un poco diferente para ella, la verdad es que mi mamá es mi mejor amiga, mi protectora y mi todo, así que un solo día no basta, y aunque soy muy mimado y a veces grosero la amo con todo mi corazón.

So I guess today was a little different for her, the truth is my mom is my best friend, my protector and my everything, so one day is not enough, and even though I am very spoiled and sometimes rude I love her with all my heart.
