Pero mientras me vestía, me di cuenta que el yoga ha revolucionado mi interior, así como la danza, el yoga me ha permitido acercarme más a mi misma, conocerme más y también cambiar mi cosmovisión del mundo. Dicen que cuando comienzas a hacer yoga todas las revoluciones se transforman, no solo las físicas, las internas también. El cuerpo comienza a somatizar , las emociones que sientes y reprimes, el cuerpo las expulsa a través de una enfermedad o malestar físico.

Además de todo lo dicho anteriormente, me ha revolucionado,ya que solía pensar que un yoga debe vestirse de cierta manera y aún me visto de forma deportiva y sencilla, no digo que no, pero la verdad es que un yogui no debe estar aislado de la sociedad para ser yogui, ¿ o si? ¿Un yogui deja de ser yogui por vestirse con botas de militar o vestir chaqueta de jean? Pienso que un yogui es lo que es internamente, no se define por como viste. La filosofía del yoga es interna , es una forma de vida. Debo acotar que ciertamente la alimentación si se debe cuidar, el entorno que habitamos, los lugares que solemos frecuentar, incluso las personas con las que compartimos.
