Photos are one of the most beautiful ways to tell stories without words, a friend told me about the @engerbertms initiative and I wanted to do it, I believe that behind every photo there is always a story and I have many to tell.
This is my story behind 4 photos.
The first performance I made as part of the estudiantina group of the music school Nuñez Romberg located in the state of Monagas - Venezuela. I remember how nervous I was and how excited I felt when they gave me the news that I was going to play for the first time with my more advanced classmates on the day of a holiday. I played the cuatro, a Venezuelan folk instrument, that day I was in automatic mode the first two songs then I relaxed a little and began to enjoy, I was improving to such a level that I was called to be part of the estudiantina of the State of Monagas. I remember this day as the beginning of something incredible that would become one of the many beautiful experiences I have had throughout my life. It was the beginning of what would become my interest in musical instruments, then I started with a second and third instrument until I had to leave music school.
Él es mi papá, siempre hemos tenido una relación muy cercana, es la persona que más me exige, me cuida, me consiente, esta foto es de un viaje a la playa que hicimos en el Parque Nacional Mochima Edo Sucre, Venezuela. Desde que era niña acampabamos en la playa, era un experiencia muy divertida y tenía la oportunidad de conocer a muchas personas. En esa oportunidad fuimos en semana Santa con unos familiares y estuvimos acampando después de mucho tiempo de no hacerlo, ese día pasaron tantas cosas 😂 problemas de luz, de agua, se nos cayó la comida jajajj era de noche y teníamos que armar carpas, tantas cosas que pasaron en ese viaje la mayoría divertidas, no pare de reír durante todos esos días 🤣
He is my dad, we have always had a very close relationship, he is the person who demands me the most, he takes care of me, he spoils me, this picture is from a trip to the beach that we made in Mochima National Park, Edo Sucre, Venezuela. Since I was a child we camped on the beach, it was a very fun experience and I had the opportunity to meet many people. In that opportunity we went during Easter week with some relatives and we were camping after a long time of not doing it, that day so many things happened 😂 light problems, water problems, we dropped the food hahahahahaha it was night and we had to set up tents, so many things that happened on that trip most of them funny, I did not stop laughing during all those days 🤣.
Después de tomar esta foto nos caímos 🤣 fueron varios intentos para que saliera algo parecido a lo que se ve, estábamos paradas en una piedra resbaladiza, esta foto fue tomada en la Laguna de Mucubaji Edo Mérida, Venezuela, todos los años hacíamos un viaje familiar a Mérida y definitivamente es uno de mis lugares favoritos, vimos una Nevada espectacular ese año, por cierto nos ven así tranquilas pero en realidad nos estábamos congelando, mientras los demás nos esperaban para acercarnos a la Laguna 😂Mérida es una de mis ciudades favoritas en Venezuela, tiene unos paisajes increíbles.
After taking this picture we fell down 🤣 it was several attempts to get something like what you see, we were standing on a slippery rock, this picture was taken in the Laguna de Mucubaji Edo Merida, Venezuela, every year we made a family trip to Merida and it is definitely one of my favorite places, we saw a spectacular Nevada that year, by the way we look so calm but in reality we were freezing, while the others were waiting for us to approach the lagoon 😂Merida is one of my favorite cities in Venezuela, it has incredible landscapes.
Está foto fue tomada en el último cumpleaños que pasamos junto a mi abuela paterna antes de fallecer, ese año ví a mi abuela tan feliz a pesar de su enfermedad, la vi reír y disfrutar a pesar de ser poco expresiva, ella tuvo la oportunidad de ver a dos de sus hermanos a quienes tenía muchos años sin ver, nos reunimos casi toda la familia y somos muchísimos 😅 Ella siempre fue el motivo principal de la unión que había todos los años en cada fecha especial, cada vez que la veía me quedaba un rato fastidiandola, diciéndole que le iba a buscar un novio y que íbamos a ir a la discoteca 😂

This photo was taken on the last birthday we spent with my paternal grandmother before she passed away, that year I saw my grandmother so happy despite her illness, I saw her laughing and enjoying herself despite her lack of expression, she had the opportunity to see two of her brothers whom she had not seen for many years, We got together almost the whole family and we are very many 😅 She was always the main reason for the union that we had every year on each special date, every time I saw her I stayed a while teasing her, telling her that I was going to find her a boyfriend and that we were going to go to the disco 😂.
We were very happy to see her enjoying her 80th birthday.
