ENERGY REFILL CONTEST
This week has been very wonderful for the contest, we had 49 wonderful proposals full of motivation, reflective phrases, good advices and above all full of positive energy.

First of all i must say that i am very grateful to all the participants and those who helped make this contest possible, the truth is that it was very difficult to choose the winners, but you have to choose, here they are:

Esta semana ha sido muy buena para el concurso, tuvimos 49 maravillosas propuestas llenas de motivación, frases reflexivas y sobre todo llenas de energía positiva.

Antes que nada debo decir que estoy muy agradecida con todos los participantes y los que ayudaron a que este concurso sea posible, la verdad es que fué muy difícil elegir los ganadores, pero hay que elegir, aquí están:

It is already customary to mention this first prize, because it is one of the most important, it is the prize for the most committed to the other posts, why? Because the comments are what make us meet new people, share and see the point of view of others. If there are no comments, there is no community and if there is no community we are not human.

Ya es costumbre mencionar este premio de primero, porque es uno de los más importantes, es el premio al más comprometido con los demás posts, ¿Por qué? Porque los comentarios son los que hacen que conozcamos gente nueva, que compartamos y que veamos el punto de vista de los demás. Si no hay comentarios, no hay comunidad y si no hay comunidad no somos humanos.

The first place goes to @aguilaazul7777. As he explains how yoga has worked so well for him to manage your energies and emotions. I also started a few years ago and you can see the before and after.
Similarly, he used a wonderful example, which is from the karate kid movie, I understand that it is VERY appropriate for the phrase, since Daniel wanted to learn how to defend himself to get revenge on those dogs, until he understood that it was not necessary to do so. Violence with violence does not fix problems.

El primer lugar va para @aguilaazul7777. Ya que nos explica cómo el yoga le ha funcionado mucho para manejar tus energías y emociones. Yo también inicié hacen unos años y se nota el antes y el después.
De igual forma, utilizó un maravilloso ejemplo, que es el de la película de karate kid, entiendo que es MUY apropiada para la frase, ya que Daniel quería aprender a defenderse para vengarse de esos perros, hasta que entendió que no era necesario hacerlo. Violencia con violencia no arregla los problemas.

Second place goes to @numa26, I could only say, waooo! He left me speechless, he told us the story of his father, and how worrying so much about what is happening around him and wanting to control what others are doing possibly caused a very high level of stress causing him a very difficult situation of irreversible health. I am very sorry that this happened to his father. Sometimes we don't know how to measure situations, and what is really worth worrying about.

El segundo lugar va para @numa26, yo solo le pude decir, waooo!! Me dejó sin palabras, nos contó la historia de su padre, y cómo preocuparse tanto por lo que ocurra a su alrededor y querer controlar lo que hacen los demás provocó posiblemente un nivel muy alto de estrés causándole una situación muy difícil de salud irreversible. Me apena muchísimo que le haya pasado eso a su padre. A veces no sabemos medir las situaciones, y lo que vale la pena de verdad preocuparse.

Third place goes to @kattycrochet. She shared the situation she had with a real dog, and compared it with the attitudes we ourselves as humans often do. She analyzed further, and even put herself in the dog's place at the end.

This special award goes to @smileon. I loved how he prepared some drawings to reinforce the content, they are very funny and creative.
I also liked the way he explained the life experience and how that connects to the quote, I must say he analyzed it very well.

A thousand thanks to everyone for participating, I was really happy to see that they liked the competition and it was very well received.
We have to choose our battles, because not everyone who wants to seek conflict or controversy should be able to do so. Because in the end people are always going to find a thousand reasons to comment, whether it is positive or negative (in most cases I dare say it is negative). And we are the ones who decide if we listen to them or not.
Thanks also to all those who make this contest possible: @wesphilbin and @enginewitty for all the support they are giving to the contest. And to the SMILE team @cwow2, @starstrings01 and others that I cannot mention. Also to the wonderful superpowered girls @marybellrg and @mafalda2018 who help me to leave good comments in the posts. This whole experience is getting better every day, and honestly it has been a success for me, little by little we will keep filling Hive with positive energy!

Mil gracias a todos por participar, de verdad que me he sentido muy feliz al ver que les ha gustado el concurso y ha tenido mucha aprobación.
Tenemos que elegir nuestras batallas, porque no todo el que quiera buscar conflicto o controversia debe poder hacerlo. Porque al final la gente siempre va a encontrar mil razones para comentar, sea positiva o negativamente (en la mayoría de las veces puedo me atrevo a decir que es negativo). Y nosotros somos los que decidimos si los escuchamos o no.
