ENERGY REFILL CONTEST
This week has been very wonderful for the contest, we had 14 entries and wonderful proposals full of motivation, reflective phrases, good advices and above all full of positive energy.
This week's phrase was: To succeed, we must first believe that we can do it" - Nikos Kazantzakis
First of all i must say that i am very grateful to all the participants and those who helped make this contest possible, the truth is that it was very difficult to choose the winners, but you have to choose, here they are:

Esta semana ha sido muy buena para el concurso, tuvimos 14 entradas y maravillosas propuestas llenas de motivación, frases reflexivas y sobre todo llenas de energía positiva.
La frase de esta semana fué: “Para tener éxito, primero debemos creer que podemos hacerlo.” - Nikos Kazantzakis
Antes que nada debo decir que estoy muy agradecida con todos los participantes y los que ayudaron a que este concurso sea posible, la verdad es que fué muy difícil elegir los ganadores, pero hay que elegir, aquí están:

The first place goes to @miriannalis since she made a very complete post, she used as an example the Kung fu Panda movie (which i think everyone loves) where she compares some anecdotes of it with real life teachings. Ourselves are the ones who put the obstacles to achieve what we want, and i think they are the most difficult obstacles to overcome, but never impossible.
Likewise, she relates how we can know ourselves to be able to accept what we want and gives us a very interesting perspective on self-esteem-success-happiness, which have a lot to do with each other, and how can we have harmony with them.
As a cherry on the cake, she placed a brief video that shows us one of the parts of the film, which adds a lot of weight and importance to the post, she found the perfect example!

El primer lugar va para @miriannalis ya que realizó un post muy completo, usó como ejemplo la película de Kung fu Panda en donde compara algunas anécdotas de la misma con enseñanzas de la vida real. Nosotros mismos somos los que nos ponemos los obstáculos para lograr lo que queremos y creo que son los obstáculos más difíciles de superar, pero nunca imposibles.
De igual forma, relata cómo podemos conocernos a nosotros mismos para lograr aceptar lo que queremos y nos dá una perspectiva muy interesante sobre el autoestima-éxito-felicidad, que tienen mucho que van muy relacionadas una con la otra.
Como cereza en el pastel, ella colocó un breve video que nos muestra una de las partes de la película, lo cual le agrega mucho peso e importancia al post, encontró el ejemplo perfecto!

Second place goes to @cami.rojas. She associates this phrase first with success, and has a very interesting definition, ¨being successful in life is to leave a mark on the people who know us, is to mark a path for others; and success is only a sample of our actions.¨
I believe that all of us at some point in our lives have thought that we are not successful, but at the end of the day no one defines who is successful or not, we decide.
Your post is full of positive vibes and good thoughts. The post is great and very well laid out.

El segundo lugar va para @cami.rojas. Ella asocia esta frase primero al éxito, y tiene una definición muy interesante, ¨ser exitoso en la vida es dejar huella en las personas que nos conocen, es marcar un camino para otros; y el éxito es solo una muestra de nuestras acciones.¨
Creo que todos en algún momento de la vída hemos pensado que no somos exitosos, pero a fin de cuentas nadie define quien es exitoso o no, nosotros lo decidimos.
Su post está lleno de vibra positiva y buenos pensamientos. El post está estupendo y muy bien maquetado.

The third place goes to @ailindigo. She shared her life testimony and how this has helped her to be more positive. A very good and motivational post that makes us understand that not everything is beautiful and nice, we have to deceive ourselves to believe that we can until it comes true and we get it.
It leaves us the goal of ¨stop wasting so much time overthinking things¨ is one of the secrets of life, when you don't waste time on this, you save yourself a lot of time. I used to be like this, and i realized that I imagined 50 different scenarios... and in the end none of them happened, so now i prefer to wait for things to happen.

El tercer lugar va para @ailindigo. Ella compartió su testimonio de vida y como esto le ha ayudado a ser más positiva. Un post muy bueno y motivacional que nos hace entender que no todo es bonito y agradable, tenemos que engañarnos a nosotros mismos para creer que podemos hasta que se haga realidad y conseguirlo.
Nos deja la meta de ¨dejar de perder tanto tiempo sobre pensando las cosas¨ esta uno de los secretos de la vida, cuando no pierdes el tiempo en esto, te ahorras muchísimo tiempo. Yo solía ser así, y me dí cuenta que me imaginaba 50 escenarios diferentes... y al final no pasaba ninguno, así que ahora prefiero esperar que las cosas pasen.

This special award goes to @lucianav. She mentions some very good phrases, which complement the one from the contest, also the way she presented her post was very creative, from the cover image which is a collage, to the GIFs she made herself and some of the phrases with images, it is very nice her layout.
She left one of her phrases: I believe in you, so believe in yourself. be positive.
I really liked that phrase, there are many times that the first ones who don't believe, are ourselves. And around us the others see the potential. That's why it's so important to believe that we can.

Este premio especial va para @lucianav. Ella menciona unas muy buenas frases, que complementan la del concurso, también la forma en que presentó su post fue muy creativa, desde la imagen de portada que es un collage, hasta los GIFs que hizo ella misma y alguna de las frases con imágenes, es muy agradable su maquetado.
Dejo una de sus frases: Yo creo en ti, así que cree en ti mismo. Sé positivo.
Me gustó mucho esa frase, hay muchas veces que los primeros que no creemos, somos nosotros mismos. Y a nuestro alrededor los demás si ven el potencial. Por eso es tan importante creer que si podemos.

This special award goes to @truelovemom. Since the first paragraph, he captured my attention and even made my hair stand on end, with the anecdote he told. He gives an example of the concentration camps and leaves us saying that hope is what moves the world, that's why they say that hope is the last thing that is lost and when there is nothing left, well, we are dead.

Este premio especial va para @truelovemom. Ya que desde el primer párrafo, capturó mi atención y hasta se me erizaron los pelos, con la anécdota que contó. Da un ejemplo de los campos de concentración y nos deja dicho que la esperanza es lo que mueve el mundo, por eso dicen que la esperanza es lo último que se pierde y ya cuando no queda nada, pues estamos muertos.

A thousand thanks to everyone for participating, i was really happy to see that they liked the contest and it was very well received. I can't deny that at the beginning i felt a little worried because i didn't see any movement but these last few days have been spectacular.
I must also say that this phrase has worked for me these days and i will explain why. I think that of those who were involved in the contest, i was the one who believed in it the least from the beginning, but then i fell in love, thanks to the help and motivation of @wesphilbin, @enginewitty and the SMILE team @cwow2, @starstrings01 and others that i cannot mention. They believed in the idea first than i did, and gave me strength to believe too, and honestly it has been a success for me, little by little we will keep on filling Hive with positive energy!
Thanks again and remember, to succeed, we must first believe that we can do it.

Mil gracias a todos por participar, de verdad que me he sentido muy feliz al ver que les ha gustado el concurso y ha tenido mucha aprobación. No puedo negar que al inicio me sentía un poco preocupada porque no veía movimiento pero estos últimos días han sido espectaculares.
Debo decir también que esta frase me ha funcionado en estos días y te voy a explicar porque. Creo que de los que estuvimos involucrados en el concurso, yo fuí la que menos creía en él desde el principio, pero después me enamoré, gracias a la ayuda y motivación de @wesphilbin, @enginewitty y el equipo de SMILE @cwow2, @starstrings01 y otros que no puedo mencionar. Ellos creyeron en la idea primero que yo, y me dieron fuerza para creer también, y sinceramente ha sido todo un éxito para mí, poco a poco seguiremos llenando de energía positiva a Hive!
Gracias mil de nuevo y recuerda, para tener éxito, primero debemos creer que podemos hacerlo.
