WHAT I ATE

Hi @nathanpieters,I want you to know that your life just got started and greater heights awaits you. Keep living well and most importantly stay safe.

Am happy to be participating in this contest,I would be dropping two entries,my breakfast and lunch. I hope one of the would be cool to you.

This is what my breakfast was like: Pap with liquid milk and fried potatoes and egg sauce

Personally this is what I love taking every morning,even if the potatoes are not there,I must take pap with something, sometimes ripe plantain. And I usually make pap myself,I just buy corn, guinea corn and millet,about 3 cups each then soak then for 3 days,wash and grind, afterwards I sieve with a tiny mesh cloth and my pap is ready.

It's all about today's meal,this was my lunch,most times I go with something light,this lockdown has made me add so much weight that everyone in the house is complaining but I care less though,I have resumed my workouts already.
