Este domingo mis hermanas fueron a casa a visitar a mamá, y decidimos hacer un almuerzo familiar, como lo hacíamos antes de la aparición del covid-19. quisimos comprar la comida lista para sentarnos a conversar y disfrutar, como un pollo broster, bollitos, guasacaca y una ensalada, no nos dimos cuenta que era semana radical aquí en mi país y muchos locales no abren, cuando salimos a comprar el pollo nos encontramos con que estaba cerrado y por eso tuvimos que cambiar completamente el menú, decidimos hacer una comida que no llevara mucho trabajo preparar, compramos carne de res, las papas y zanahorias para hacer la ensalada y acompañarlas con bollos y una guasacaca de pimentón.
This Sunday my sisters went home to visit mom, and we decided to have a family lunch, as we used to do before the appearance of covid-19. we wanted to buy the food ready to sit down to talk and enjoy, like a broster chicken, bollitos, guasacaca and a salad, we didn't realize that it was radical week here in my country and many locals don't open, when we went out to buy the chicken we found that it was closed and so we had to completely change the menu, we decided to make a meal that did not take much work to prepare, we bought beef, the potatoes and carrots to make the salad and accompany them with buns and a paprika guasacaca.
Mi hermana @daysiselena sazonó la carne con sal, vinagre, ajo, mostaza, especias, la dejamos marinar por veinte minutos y la freímos, también pelamos las papas, zanahorias y las cocinamos al vapor, cuando estuvieron listas las cortamos en cuadros, la aderezó con sal, mayonesa, miel, mostaza y cilantro. Preparamos unas bollos de harina de maíz y para acompañar la carne preparamos una guasacaca de pimentón.
My sister @daysiselena seasoned the meat with salt, vinegar, garlic, mustard, spices, we let it marinate for twenty minutes and fried it, we also peeled the potatoes, carrots and steamed them, when they were ready we cut them into squares, seasoned it with salt, mayonnaise, honey, mustard and cilantro. We prepared some corn flour buns and to accompany the meat we prepared a paprika guasacaca.
Todos colaboramos en la preparación, por lo que nuestro compartir fue ameno y muy agradable, lleno de risas y buenos recuerdos, aunque todo fue improvisado, me encantan estos momentos que paso en unión familiar donde el amor y la armonía que existe entre todos es la mejor actitud para pasarla bien, de eso se trata la vida.
We all collaborated in the preparation, and so our sharing was enjoyable and very pleasant, full of laughter and good memories, although everything was improvised, I love these moments spent in family togetherness where love and harmony that exists between all is the best attitude to have a good time, that's what life is all about.
