La mayoría de las veces antes de ver algún documental hago una encuesta a amigos sobre la temática o si desde su apreciación es buena. En esta oportunidad, me topé con este documental en Netflix sin saber referencias, lo que más llamó mi atención fue la portada, por lo que me decidí por verlo.
En este post, les quiero dar mi impresión acerca de uno de los mejores documentales que he visto y les invito a verlo.
Seaspiracy que la traducción al español es: Piratería Marina, es un documental relatado por el cineasta Británico Ali Tabrizi quién inicia dando una buena introducción de su amor por la vida marina y desde qué edad inicia, da un excelente preámbulo sobre el impacto de los desechos humanos sobre la vida marina y de qué forma repercute directamente sobre todo lo que hace vida en el mar, desde las plantas y el animal más pequeño, hasta el que encabeza el eslabón, de lo que yo entendí, es como la cadena "alimenticia" versión océano.
Ali Tabrizi inicia como una especie de investigación para tratar de dar con la raíz del problema que en sus años de estudio y amor por la vida en el mar y todo lo que en ello habita, ha notado como la vida marina se ha visto lastimada, y el quería conseguir la raíz o la causa del daño.
Lo que parece ser un viaje a través de distintas partes del mundo, al menos desde lo personal, entendí que de trata más allá que un simple viaje, o una simple búsqueda de respuestas, lo cierto es que a medida que transcurre el documental vas teniendo un choque contigo mismo, (o al menos eso experimenté yo) de cómo el ser humano puede ser tan dañino para el medio ambiente y no sólo lo real de ello, sino como el ser humano se puede disfrazar de "bueno" para que lo malo, parezca normal y natural.
Este documental te lleva a verte a ti mismo a través del tiempo y cómo lo que haces pudiera contribuir o no con el cambio.
Sin ánimos de hacer de este post un spoiler, de hasta ahora, uno de mis documentales favoritos, el llamado es a iniciar un cambio desde casa, de forma individual, que si nos sumamos uno a uno, estoy segura de que el planeta y todo lo que hace vida en ella, lo agradecerá.

Most of the time before watching a documentary I survey my friends about the subject matter or if it is good from their point of view. In this opportunity, I came across this documentary on Netflix without knowing references, what caught my attention was the cover, so I decided to watch it.
In this post, I want to give you my impression of one of the best documentaries I have seen and I invite you to watch it.
Seaspiracy is a documentary narrated by British filmmaker Ali Tabrizi who begins by giving a good introduction of his love for marine life and from what age he starts, gives an excellent preamble on the impact of human waste on marine life and how it directly impacts everything that makes life in the sea, from plants and the smallest animal, to the top link in what I understood to be the ocean version of the "food" chain.
Ali Tabrizi begins as a kind of research to try to find the root of the problem that in his years of study and love for life in the sea and all that inhabits it, he has noticed how marine life has been hurt, and he wanted to get the root or cause of the damage.
What seems to be a journey through different parts of the world, at least from a personal point of view, I understood that it is more than a simple journey, or a simple search for answers, the truth is that as the documentary goes on you will have a shock with yourself, (or at least that's what I experienced) of how humans can be so harmful to the environment and not only how real it is, but how humans can disguise themselves as "good" to make the bad seem normal and natural.
This documentary takes you to see yourself through time and how what you do may or may not contribute to change.
Without wanting to make this post a spoiler, so far, one of my favorite documentaries, the call is to initiate a change from home, individually, that if we join one by one, I am sure that the planet and everything that makes life on it, will be grateful.
