This year the whole world has celebrated the 76th Anniversary of the Great Victory over fascism in the WWII that lasted from 1941 to 1945.
This is one of the biggest holidays in my country. It's the day that has presented us moderm peaceful sky.
Now I'll show you photos from the traditional parade that is organised every year in every city of Russia.
It's always a parade of Memory, honour to veterans and dead soldiers and thanks to all who took part in bringing this Victory to the USSR.
Covid influenced our tradition much, and last year all people were made to wear masks, they were made to keep distance and all this hell...
This year people were without masks, it's still masks regime here but now it's softer and we can ignore it as much as we can.
We had visited the repetition of the parade the day before the official one took place. They are too many people there as a rule, and the weather was bad, so we decided to give our respect one day earlier.
My son saw the parade for the 1st time and he was so impressed!
I saw it many times nefore, but nevertheless I always cry when I see it...It's very touching...War songs, war music, a minute of silence to honour dead soldiers, a voice that sounds from the microphones and tells about our modern army that protects us and our powerful war technique to keep the peace in the country. When you see all this alive, it really touches you deeply..
I was impressed by the level of professionalism of these young soldiers in the parade. people see they do it with real feeling of pride and wish to serve for their Motherland, to protect it from enemies.
It was cold and windy, but we didn't regret we went there to see this event.
