Hace muchos años trabajé en un café tradicional, ahí aprendí a preparar café de muchas formas distintas, serían alrededor cuarenta recetas mas o menos, pero la que mas me gustaba era el café cubano, que se preparaba igual que el café de olla pero se le agregaba ron y se servía con un pequeño agitador de caña de azúcar, después les paso la receta en otro post.
Lo que mas recuerdo de ese café era el ambiente, se reunía mucha gente a platicar y a pasar el rato, ya saben algo de política, algo de filosofía, religión y otras teorías de conspiración. Eran tiempos muy tranquilos donde seguido tenía tiempo para leer platicas cuando me invitaban.
El tiempo pasó, yo cambié de profesión, pero algunas veces me da nostalgia por aquellos tiempos. Incluso alguna vez imaginé en rentar un local para iniciar un negocio, ya saben un café donde se promueva la conversación y porqué no tal vez alguna expocición de arte.
Ya me imagino el nombre Café El gato Asimétrico, "un lugar donde se pueda hablar de todo" y pensándolo bien, no sería mala idea colocar un monitor con las mejores historias cortas y arte digital de Hive para de paso darle promoción a la plataforma, quien sabe, tal vez hasta hacer algún evento para atraer e inscribir nuevos hivers.
Many years ago I worked in a traditional café, there I learned to prepare coffee in many different ways, there would be around forty recipes more or less, but the one I liked the most was Cuban coffee, which was prepared in the same way as pot coffee but it was added rum and served with a small sugar cane stirrer, perhaps I'll share the recipe in another post.
What I remember most about that cafe was the atmosphere, many people would meet to talk and hang out, you know, something about politics, something about philosophy, religion and other conspiracy theories. They were very quiet times where I often had time to read and talk with different people when I was invited.
Time passed, I changed my profession, but sometimes I get nostalgic for those times. I even once imagined renting a place to start a business, you know a cafe where conversation is promoted and why not, maybe an art exhibition.
I can already imagine the name: The Asymmetric cat cafe, "a place where you can talk about everything you want" and thinking about it, it would not be a bad idea to place a monitor with the best short stories and digital art of Hive to promote the platform, who knows, maybe even do an event to attract and enroll new hivers.
