Una lotería llena de bondad y solidaridad 💓✨/A lottery full of goodness and solidarity 💓✨

Ready, set, go, chau 🌺

Hello, hello to all the nice people in this community 😘, I hope you are very well. The title of my post is a phrase I have said a lot since I found out that in the urbanization where I live they were going to hold a lottery with the purpose of raising funds for a neighbor who is in delicate health.

For those who don't know, a lottery is a methodology similar to bingo, only that instead of numbers on your cards you will get figures, flowers, fruits, etc. One person draws a card, says the name of the card for example: the flag and one must look on a card where the flag is and write it down. You win as indicated by the person who is coordinating the game.

It is a very fun game where many people get together to have a good time and in this case, nothing better than having fun and contributing to the improvement of a good neighbor.

The people in charge came from house to house selling the cartons and we did not hesitate, between my son and I chose one for each one. We stayed to wait for the day to be present.

Arrived the day, my son as what child pending of the hour to go to take our positions because that would be done in the square of the urbanization and we all had to get our tables and chairs to set up the game site.

We were the third to arrive, set up our booths and they were already adjusting the audio sound. We took the opportunity to set up our table and chairs to install ourselves.

Some time passed and what a joy I felt to see everyone from the urbanization and external people being present, that support and kindness was felt. We greeted each other, shared and the whole draw began.

The lotteries are known for being very dynamic at the time of singing each card for others to score, the person usually put their colloquial and personal touch, for example: carlucho's saw (to refer to what we write down the saw) or say: the three nails of Christ (the 3 nails are written down).

In this case, whoever announced the names of the cards did not do it with that dynamic, but very seriously. We all started yawning 😂. In the middle of the night I changed my clothes because I had gotten dirty.

I had many chances to win, but it didn't happen. My son won a special prize and everything was great. Still, the great thing about the night was getting together, reaching the fundraising goal and seeing what we could do to help the man in need.

Every day I realize that in the midst of adversity there are many kind people and not only that I have observed it, but I have experienced it firsthand.

That day we were not only neighbors giving a helping hand, but my son learned that in unity there is strength and that when everything becomes difficult, you are not alone.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read me, support me with reblog, sharing this post. Never hesitate to help those who need it. live and feel it.
Ready, set, go, bye, bye 🌺
