El primer día vimos toda la teoría, esta semana nos dieron todo lo relacionado sobre masoterapia, reflexologia, auriculoterapia y aromaterapia pudimos aprender todo lo relacionado sobre estos temas y como nos ayudan a mejorar nuestro cuerpo.
The first day we saw all the theory, this week they gave us everything related to massage therapy, reflexology, auriculotherapy and aromatherapy, we could learn everything related to these topics and how they help us improve our body.
El siguiente día vimos la practica la instructora nos enseño todas las técnicas.
Tuvimos que montar un ambiente spa, llevamos un humidificador, aceites, cremas, y algunos instrumentos de madera que nos ayudan a realizar los masajes.
The next day we saw the practice, the instructor taught us all the techniques.
We had to set up a spa environment, we brought a humidifier, oils, creams, and some wooden instruments that help us perform the massages.
La vedad esta clase me gusto mucho, la disfrute, aprendí muchas cosas, y fue un fin de semana muy productivo.
I really liked this class, I enjoyed it, I learned many things, and it was a very productive weekend.
