ENG-ESP curso de instructores militares
Hello friends of #Hive, today I am with you again to tell you one of the most gratifying experiences that as a military man I have been able to live and that today I first thank God for having allowed me to be part of the training course for instructors of the Tactical Method of Revolutionary Resistance, dictated by the nucleus of the rectory of the Military University of the Army in Venezuela (former Military Academy of Venezuela)
The beginning was difficult like any military training course, with my leadership and experience I was able to help the rest of the comrades who came with me from the eastern region of my country.
The trip to Fort Guaicaipuro, city of Charallave Miranda State; The place where the course was given was entertaining and the reception of us students was even better and that was seen in the food that they served us from the first day until the end of the course.
It was an instruction that, although it can be called theoretical-practical, the main objective is to train combatants in the short term and with the few resources men and women ready for combat.
The trainings were strenuous, the theoretical classes were quite demanding, we had to learn in the course of a month one of the most complex combat methods in our armed force, since we prepare ourselves as instructors.
In summary, the mtrr is a flexible and articulable tool that teaches us to reason, organize and direct military units in combat, this method has become the new training doctrine of the Venezuelan Armed Forces, achieving better trained soldiers in all areas of combat.

Hola amigos de #Hive hoy estoy nuevamente con ustedes para relatarles una de las vivencias mas gratificantes que como militar he podido vivir y que hoy por hoy le doy gracias primeramente a Dios por haberme permitido ser parte de el curso de formación de instructores del Método Táctico de Resistencia Revolucionaria, dictado por el núcleo del rectorado de la Universidad Militar del Ejercito en Venezuela (antigua Academia Militar de Venezuela).
El comienzo fue difícil como todo curso de formación militar, yo con mi liderazgo y experiencia pude ayudar al resto de los compañeros que fueron junto conmigo desde la región oriental de mi país.
El viaje hacia el fuerte Guaicaipuro, ciudad de Charallave Estado Miranda; lugar donde se dictó el curso estuvo entretenido y la recepción de nosotros los alumnos fue mejor todavía y eso se dejo ver en la comida que nos sirvieron desde el primer día hasta que finalizo dicho curso.
fue una instrucción que si bien se puede llamar teórica-practica el objetivo principal es formar combatientes en el corto plazo y con los pocos recursos hombres y mujeres listo para el combate.
Los entrenamientos fueron extenuantes, las clases teóricas fueron bastante exigentes, debíamos aprender en el transcurso de un mes uno de los métodos de combate mas complejo en nuestra fuerza armada, ya que nos preparamos como instructores.
En resumen, el mtrr es una herramienta flexible y articulable que nos enseña a Razonar, Organizar y Dirigir unidades militares en combate, este método se ha convertido en la nueva doctrina de entrenamiento de la Fuerza Armada Venezolana, logrando conseguir soldados mejor entrenados en todos los ámbitos del combate.
