Protein packed sprouts for morning snacks

Hello Hivers .... How's you all.. I hope you are doing well in your life
Today I am going to share with you a protein rich morning snack easy to make at home.These are sprouts of Gram and whole Green Gram
Put both these grams in a pot with equal amount of water for overnight and in the morning they will be swellen .

You can put them in a moist cotton cloths for around 1 hour and they will sprout.
Now you can eat them directly or either you can fry them in small amount of oil and add some spices .they will turned more delicious .

I just have sprouted one and planning to fry them in the evening.
