En este mes de julio tuvimos la oportunidad de tener una reunión en casa de uno de los integrantes, la razón es que nos tocaba nuestro encuentro mensual y en 3 lugares que había pedido para reunirnos nos dijeron que ya estaba ocupado, así que fue una fecha para encontrarse muchos y planificar.
Hoy quiero hablarles de la experiencia de este día que lleva muchos meses consolidándose, desde que inicié como coordinador del grupo trasamos la meta de una corneta ya que para nosotros es muy útil porque en nuestras actividades con otros jóvenes siempre necesitamos un sonido así que después de hoy ya esté será un dolor de cabeza menos. Aquí estábamos todos super contentos cuando di a conocer en la reunión que ya habíamos comprado la corneta y el momento fue como el título de este post.

Today I want to tell you about the experience of this day that has been consolidating for many months, since I started as coordinator of the group we have been after the goal of a bugle because for us it is very useful because in our activities with other young people we always need a sound so after today it will be one less headache. Here we were all super happy when I announced at the meeting that we had already bought the bugle and the moment was like the title of this post.
También tuvimos un espacio para la solidaridad, para el encuentro, para la reflexión y para los afectos, sí, es que como seres humanos a veces necesitamos sentir al otro, por eso tuvimos este momento que nos hacía tener ese contacto y ese diálogo con el ser trascendente. Como coordinador no ha sido fácil llevar un grupo por los desánimos del mismo confinamiento que a veces yo no escapo
Todo este espacio estuvo llevado por la reflexión de cada uno de nosotros, de lo que sentíamos pero también lo que anhelamos y escucharnos fue vital. Sin embargo, los deseos de activar nuestras actividades se mantienen intactas pero también hay una felicidad por los logros durante la pandemia, mientras unos hablan o esperan que pase la pandemia, nosotros en plena pandemia nos compramos una corneta para el movimiento.

As a coordinator it has not been easy to lead a group because of the discouragement of the same confinement that sometimes I do not escape.
All this space was led by the reflection of each one of us, of what we felt but also what we longed for and listening to each other was vital. However, the desires to activate our activities remain intact but there is also a happiness for the achievements during the pandemic, while some talk or wait for the pandemic to pass, we in the middle of the pandemic we bought a bugle for the movement.

Luego nos fuimos a almorzar, retomamos un poco la reunión, hubo el espacio de hablar, de conversar sobre nuestros proyectos y posteriormente la foto final, nuestra foto acostumbrada de grupo, de familia, de comunidad. Es importante acotar que todos los grupos deberíamos caminar a la comunidad aún con nuestras diferencias que en nuestro encuentro también se hicieron presente.
Es imposible complacer a todos y esto debemos tenerlo muy en cuenta, habrán personas que dentro del mismo grupo se convertirán en tus adversarios lo importante siempre será saberlos guiar sin que se sientan ofendido. Hay otros que esperar en cambio que le den instrucciones que bueno es reconocerlos para junto a ellos seguir trabajando. Como movimiento y como coordinador del grupo me siento muy contento, feliz por esta inversión que será tan útil para nuestras actividad y que logramos en plena pandemia.

It is impossible to please everyone and this must be taken into account, there will be people within the same group who will become your adversaries, the important thing will always be to know how to guide them without offending them. There are others who wait instead to be given instructions and it is good to recognize them to continue working together with them. As a movement and as coordinator of the group I feel very happy, happy for this investment that will be so useful for our activity and that we achieved in the middle of a pandemic.
