Downtown station, in the downtown area, is one of the stations on the Downtown Line. That reads like a tongue twister.
This is the underground linking the station to another station of another line. Shops and eateries lined both sides of the link which looks squeaky, sparkling clean. I am impressed.
There is Bread Talk - a local bakery chain.
Toast Box - another local chain selling coffee and toast, and snacks.
A Chinese restaurant.
A Chinese dim sum restaurant
There's Subway
Starbucks
Macallan whisky
A florist, and fashion shop.
The underground link has a good mix of shops - from coffee shops to restaurants to lifestyle shops
